To guide its various educational initiatives that include a large NBA accredited Engineering College, GMRIT at Rajam (AP), a degree college and several schools, both existing and planned. The successful candidate will be an energetic, ambitious and experienced academic administrator of proven track record, with atleast a good Masters or other equivalent professional Degree. He will guide the Heads of various institutions under the Foundation to develop them into a high caliber, best in class, set of institutions and spearhead the creation of new institutions.

Responsible for overseeing the Human Capital of the Foundation. Acquiring Talent and Maintenance of positive human relations, performance evaluation of staff, volunteers and academics by implementing suitable PMS Schemes. Co-ordination of various T&D activities for capacity building of Foundation employees. Setting HR Process and Systems, Compliance of various Employment Laws.

Should be a Management Graduate from a Respectable Institute with 12-15 years experience with an Organization of Repute. Previous experience in NGOs or manifested interest in CSR activities will be an added advantage.

Head - Finance [Code: HF]

Location: Bangalore
The candidate will be well - versed in financial accounts either with a professional accounting qualification or with a Masters degree in Commerce. Those with Inter-CA or Inter-ICWA will also be considered. The major responsibilities are to look after all the finance and accounting related functions of the foundation, which has multi-locational activities. The functions will include basic financial accounting, cash-flow management, project-wise costing and MIS, Budget Allocation and Monitoring. Some exposure to Secretarial function will be desirable.

The Dean will spearhead its various new initiatives in engineering education.
