Head Operations
B.E. Mech. having minimum 15 years working experience preferably with Automobile Component Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Process Designing, Productivity, Quality, Maintenance & Tool Room activities of entire plant. Must be committed to Quality Manufacturing, using latest management tools and shop floor practices like 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Autonomous Maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Plant layout, Machinery selection etc. with strong Administrative and Technical abilities.

Head R & D and Engineering
B.E. Mech. having minimum 15 years of working experience in high precision, batch manufacturing and multiple product organization. As HOD, the incumbent would be responsible for successful Assimilation of Technology, Product Design, Engineering, Development, Documentation, Process Engineering, Engineering of Materials, Application Engineering, Testing and Tooling et. Exposure to design softwares like ideas, Catia etc. essential.

Head-Business Development
Preferably B.E. (Mech / MBA with minimum 12 years of experience in Marketing Functions. Would be responsible for identifying & developing potential customers. To devise and implement result-oriented strategies to achieve the planned sales targets, market share & build brand image. The position requires managing complex contractual requirements including customer support, logistics planning etc.

Company Secretary
Qualification or having hands on experience of corporate company secretarial job like ROC work, conducting Board of Directors / AGM meetings, recording minutes, passing resolutions, maintaining related records etc.

Executive Assistant/ Secretary
B.Com or above with minimum 10 years experience, capable to independently handle MD's / Director's office, preparation of MIS, Mails, Correspondences, Presentations, Follow-up with internal & external agencies etc. should be a Dynamic with Pleasing Personality having very good command and Confidence on computer with good Short Hand speed.

Shifting /proximity to Gurgaon, Computer Literacy and own Conveyance must for all the positions.
