Product Specialist
You should be an Engineering graduate or an MBA with 8 to 12 years experience. Your profile must be specific to each product, like Voice/Forum/Hosting and Enterprise Applications. You should have technical understanding of the product along with impressive selling skills to articulate its advantages.

Account Manager (Key/Territory)
You should be an Engineering graduate or an MBA with 6 to 10 years experience in IT/Telecom/OA/BFSI segment. You should have handled large accounts in any segment, besides possessing the ability to reach out to the top management of an account. You should be able to independently map an account and build relationship across the account - LOB or Technology, IT, Purchase, Finance etc.

Account Manager (Channels)
You should be an Engineering graduate or an MBA with 3 to 4 years experience. You should have handled channel sales, must have an understanding of channel operations and the leverage model.

Solution Architects
You should be an Engineering graduate or an MBA with 5 to 9 years experience in the Telecom/IT industry. You should be able to comprehend the customer requirement, design and articulate the solution.

Product Executive/Manager (Connectivity/Hosting/Security/EAS/SAAS
You should be an Engineering graduate with an MBA. Executives must have 3 to 5 years experience while Managers must have 8 to 12 years. You should have experience in market analysis, business case development, product scoping and project planning with development teams, and outbound product marketing and communications. In addition, you should be able to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment, Preference will be given to those with a technical background and experience as a Business Analyst or in customer service.

Alliance Manager (Domestic & International)
You should be a graduate with an MBA and 6 to 8 years experience in bringing in revenue from new partners. You should also be able to create a pricing model, work on the Master Service Agreement and sign up. Further, you should be able to work closely within the company's cross-functional teams to enable smooth business transactions. You will ensure regular interactions with support level members and partner organisations and implement the strategy at the grass roots level.

Customer Engagement Manager
You should be a graduate with 7 or more years experience in IT service delivery, with a strong background as a Windows/Network Administrator or Linux Administrator. You should also have experience managing a team of engineers in service delivery, and the ability to communicate effectively with international customers.

Exchange Administrators
You should have 2 to 5 years experience in MS -Exchange Administration, and strong knowledge in AD, DNS, Backup Recovery and Windows OS. You should also have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international customers.

Citrix Administrators
You should have 2 to 5 years experience in Citrix Administration and strong background in Citrix Metaframe, Web Applications and Windows OS. You should also have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international customers.

Oracle Database Administrator
You should have 2 to 5 years experience in Oracle Database Administration and strong background in Oracle 10g, Backup Recovery, Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning. You should also have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international customers.

Network Specialist
You will be responsible for solution architecting for enterprise/service provider networks. You should have more than 2 years experience in the Telecom/ISP industry, and experience in Virtual Private Networks (VPN), ISPec, 3DES, AES, PIX firewalls and in supporting secured telecommunication circuits.
