Amdocs Business Services India (ABSI) is an Amdocs subsidiary, located in Pune providing 24/7 IT enabled services in Telecom Billing and Data Centre Operations, with end-to-end business function accountability to enable and support Integrated Customer Management.

A minimum experience of 8+ years with at least 3 years at supervisory level supporting global customers. You will be accountable for customer driven deliverables for Billing and Business Operations, Quality Assurance, Account Management and Help Desk Support. Must have strong leadership skills, ability to work comfortably in UNIX environment and knowledge of SQL. Should have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and managing large-scale projects.
A minimum experience of 8+ years with at least 3 years at supervisory level supporting global customers. You must have experience in Technical Help Desk or Data Centre Operations and manage and be accountable for production processes. Must have strong leadership skills, ability to work comfortably in UNIX and Windows environment and knowledge of SQL.
5+ years experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level. You will report, track and be accountable for billing production processes. Ability to work comfortably in a UNIX environment and knowledge of SQL is required.
File system/ Table space monitoring and resolution. .You will be analyzing job failures to determine, resolution and implement the resolution. Must have the ability to work in Oracle while running queries to investigate issues in billing and work comfortably in a UNIX environment. Freshers may also apply.
