Design Engineers/ Sr. Design Engineers/ Team Leads-CAD
Engineering (JC-ENG-02): 3-10 years technical/ supervisory experience in design department of automobile/ earthmoving industry in areas of CAD/CAM/CAE, structural/ cabin design, fluid/ hydraulics engineering, diesel engines, after treatment, power train & automatic transmission, attachments for earth moving machines, automotive electrical. Proficiency in Pro/E, Pro-harness, Pro-cabling, Pro-dgm, Product Data Management will be an added advantage.

Manufacturing (JC-MFG-03): 2-10 years technical/ supervisory experience in manufacturing processes, planning/ manufacturing simulation & tool design. Proficiency in Pro-E, Factory CAD, Vis Mockup, Jack, and Product Data Mgmt will be an added advantage.

Releasing (JC-REL-04): DME/ DAE & 2 yrs of manufacturing or supply chain experience in an OEM environment in automobile/ earthmoving/ tractor/ engine manufacturing industry. Working knowledge of MRP & related systems, common engineering standards. MS Office, Pro-E experience will be an added advantage.

Structural/ CFD Analysts (JC-CFD-06)
Candidates with minimum of 1-year experience in non-linear structural analysis/ structural dynamics (experience in torsion vibrations, gear train analysis, multi-body dynamics and response analysis)/ CFD analysis. Working knowledge of commercial software is desirable.

Embedded Systems Engineers (ES-01-07)
Should be a BE in EEE/ ECE/ ICE with 2-5 yrs of experience, having knowledge in embedded C language, 16 bit/ 32 bit controllers-TRACE 32 Debuggers/ Emulators, RTOS, protocols like CAN/ SPI/ J1939/ KWP2000, development of low level drivers for CAN, Rhapsody, C++, UML. Power-train & machine control experience is desirable.

Education
BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech and PhD in mechanical/ automobile/ aerospace/ applied mechanics/ structural engineering from premier institutes with excellent academic records.

Should also have good mechanical aptitude, customer focus, initiative, planning & organization skills, good communication skills etc., & ability to travel if required. Must be a team player, have the ability and desire to learn complex technologies, interpersonal skills and mentoring skills.
