Manager - Finance & Accounts (1)
CA/ ICWA with minimum 10 years experience in fund raising from Banks, FIs, IPOs, Private Equity, etc. The applicant must have an excellent rapport with Banks and FIs and will be responsible for all financial/ accounting activities of the company. Experience in real estate will be preferred. Will be reporting to the CEO/ MD.

Accounts Executive (1)
CA/ ICWA with minimum 5 years experience and complete knowledge of banking and accounting up to finalization of reports. The candidate should be well versed with computerized accounting practices. Experience in real estate will be preferred.

Accounts Executives (M/F - 4)
B.com/ M.Com with minimum 2 years experience, well versed with computerized accounting packages including Tally.

Legal & Administration

Manager - Administration (1)
Graduate/ Postgraduate with minimum 5 years experience in office administration. Experience in dealing with Solicitors and Govt. Departments would be an advantage. Knowledge of statutory administrative compliances is a must.

Executive - Administration (M/F - 2)
Graduate in Commerce/ HRM/ HRD. Minimum 2 years experience in payroll administration and laws related to employee benefits.

Technical

Manager - Projects (1)
B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech (Civil Engineering) with minimum 10 years experience in construction management of high-rise residential, commercial, malls and villa projects. Must be familiar with updated cost and time saving construction technologies. The candidate must be highly quality conscious and self motivated.

Asst. Manager - Projects (1)
B.E/ B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with minimum 5 years experience in construction management of high-rise residential, commercial, malls and villa projects. Must be familiar with updated cost and time saving construction technologies. The candidate must be highly quality conscious and self motivated. Should be efficient in handling a team of engineers/ vendors.

Sr. Engineers (3)
B.E/B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with minimum 3 years experience in execution of high-rise residential, commercial, malls and villa projects. Responsible for quality, cost control and timely delivery. Should be efficient in handling a team of engineers/ vendors.

Jr. Engineers (5)
Diploma/ Degree (Civil Engineering) with minimum 2 years experience with a reputed construction/ infrastructure company.

Sr. Draftsman (M/F - 1)
Diploma/ Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years experience and thorough knowledge of CAD/ CAM, Must be familiar With HUDA/ HADA and other corporation laws. Should be efficient in coordinating with architects and various department heads.

Jr. Draftsman (M/F - 1)
Diploma in Draftsmanship with minimum 2 years experience and thorough knowledge of CAD/ CAM.

Procurement

Sr. Purchase Executive (1)
Commerce or Engineering graduate with minimum 3 years experience in a construction/ infrastructure company. Should be familiar with latest construction materials, must be cost conscious and possess excellent negotiation skills. Experience in vendor management/ development is a must.

Jr. Purchase Executive (1)
Commerce or Engineering graduate with minimum 2 years experience in a construction/ infrastructure company. Must be familiar with procurement documentation such as indents/ purchase orders/ bills processing.

Sales & Marketing

Manager - Sales & Marketing (1)
Postgraduate in Marketing with 5 years experience in real estate. Must have thorough knowledge of marketing campaigns, project launches, liaison with advertising agencies and housing finance companies. Experience in managing and motivating a team of executives. Thorough knowledge of pre and post sales documentation is a must.

Asst. Manager - Sales & Marketing (M/F - 1)
