1. Store Manager: Preferably MBA with 4-5 years exp. in managing a large format retail store. Excellent communication skills, Responsible for Top line growth of business, Store Processes, Leading team at store level, hiring, training and maintaining high level of motivation.

2. Astt. Store Manager: Preferably Graduate/MBA with 2-3 years experience in retail industry. Excellent communication skills with good understanding of retail.

3. Commercial Manager: CA/Inter with 3-4 years experience from a reputed company with strong financial & analytical skills.

4. Astt. Commercial Manager: B.Com. with accounting Background 1-3 years exp.

5. FMCG Manager: Graduate with 3-5 years exp in FMCG sector from a reputed company.

6. Admin Manager: Graduate, Ex-Service man with min 3 years of exp in administration of large format retail store.

7. Visual Merchandiser: 2 to 3 years in Handling VM at store level, space allocation, graphics, signages etc.

8. Merchandiser/Fashion Designer: 1-3 years of experience in garment industry.

9. Floor Manager: MBA Fresher / Graduate-1 -3 years experience in retail.

Basic Computer Knowledge is essential and SAP Preferable.
