To strengthen its leadership, EMRI invites management graduates from top 25 B schools in India, with at least 14-20 years relevant experience in Manufacturing/ IT/ ITES/ logistics/ NGO/ Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical/ FMCG sectors.
Chief Operating Officer - COO
This key position calls for a leader who can head more than 2500 workforce. Being accountable for AP operations spanning over 500 sites, the task involves achieving highest operational efficiency by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies. While demonstrating self-direction in goal setting, the incumbent is expected to pursue the course charted by Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. Direction and regulation for operating units with participation in developing policies and strategic plans comprise the other responsibilities.
Chief Marketing Officer - CMO
The CMO is required to lead and direct EMRI's overall marketing & strategic planning programs and corporate communications. While playing a pivotal role in facilitating relationship development with alliances and partners, the incumbent is also required to direct the national expansion efforts and actively help in fund raising initiatives.
Training & Development Specialist:
As the authority in training & development, the incumbent is required to plan, produce, and administer staff & management training programs while reporting to CHRO. The tasks include conducting programs to develop employee skills and import organization practices & policies, utilization of various adult learning methods, research and evaluate training resources, and suggest new topics & methods.
Chief Financial Officer - CFO
The CFO, a C.A. with additional Qualifications in Company Law/ Cost Accounting, shall lead and strategize the overall financial planning and accounting practices of EMRI. The essential activities to be administered include accounting, budget, treasury, tax and audit of the organization. The overseeing of the financial/ accounting system controls and standards with financial & statistical reports for Management/ Board use constitute the other main tasks.
Chief Human Resources Officer - CHRO
To leverage Human Assets which play a key role in the operations of EMRI, CHRO is required to lead and partner with all stakeholders to address all people aspects. The key responsibilities include directing programs for all human resources areas including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits administration, performance management and competency building. It extends to developing policies & programs to meet organizational needs and provide guidance & technical assistance to other areas.
All the positions require leaders who are enterprising, energetic, imaginative, and well organized with an ability to function independently. Strong functional knowledge, analytical ability, blend of strategy & operational experience to work in matrix leadership model, empathy, commitment to EMRI values, passion and ownership besides excellent presentation & communication skills which are a must.
