The Danish multi national ACO-Engineering A/S is setting up a world class Stainless Steel fabrication workshop in Vadodara, Gujarat. ACO-Engineering A/S is associated with 4.3 Billion EURO GEA Group. We have immediate requirement for following Positions:

Engineering - Proposal & Planning
Candidate should be Degree Engineer (Mechanical/Production) with 5-7 years of experience in fabrication industries. Person should have good knowledge of Estimation, Planning and Shop loading. He should be computer savvy with hands on experience on Auto CAD. Exposure to ERP/SAP environment will be added advantage.

Engineer-Quality Control
Candidate should be Degree/ Diploma Engineer (Mechanical) with 4-6 years of experience in fabrication industries. Person should have good knowledge of Fabrication Codes & standards, welding procedures and qualifications. Candidate should be qualified ASNT level II, RT, PT, UT. He should have exposure to accreditation of shop by third party for ISO.

Engineer - Production
Candidate should be Degree/ Diploma Engineer (Mechanical/Fabrication/Production) with 4-6 years of experience in stainless steel sheet metal fabrication industries. Person should be good team leader having knowledge of production planning, welding, sheet metal handling and polishing procedures.

Engineer - Maintenance
Candidate should be Diploma Electrical Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in engineering industries. He will be responsible for maintenance of workshop machineries, equipments, safety measures and liaison with government authorities.

Programmer
Candidate should be Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in fabrication industries. Person must understand the fabrication drawings and should be aware of sequence of operation for fabrication of job. he should have working experience on Programming for Laser Cutting Machine and hands on experience on Auto CAD. He will be responsible for writing programs for plate cutting, with optimum utilization of plate, planning and loading for laser cutting machine.

CAD Designer
Candidate should be Diploma Mechanical Engineer / Qualified mechanical draftsman with 5-7 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication industries.

Operator (Laser Cutting Machine)
Candidate should be Diploma Engineer with 4-6 years experience / ITI with 6-8 years of experience on CNC Laser plate cutting machine.
