A Complex Structural Mechanical and Piping Co. requires the following positions

Construction Managers: Candidate will have extensive exp. in the implementation of Complex Structural, Mechanical and Piping construction projects. Preferably in a Petro-Chemical and / or Minerals Processing environment. Reporting to the construction Director.

The successful applicant will take full responsibility for the following:

• Compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards /Statuettes.
• Compliance with applicable Quality standards and mitigation
• General construction risk identification and mitigation
• Adherence to the construction schedule.
• Adherence to the construction budget.
• Meeting production and productivity targets.
• Variance reporting and management.
• Client liaison.
• Maintaining an harmonious industrial relations environment on site.

Quantity Surveyours: Candidate will have extensive experience in the implementation of complex structural, Mechanical and piping construction projects, preferably in a Petro-Chemical and / or Minerals processing environment, Reporting to the contracts administrator.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

• Measuring structural, mechanical and piping quantities installed, on a daily basis.
• Evaluating work completed by applying contractual rates.
• Compiling monthly progress certificates and agreement of same with client.
• Recording, measuring and valuing variations in a accordance with contract.
• Agreement and acceptance of variations with client
• Document controls
• General administration duties.

Piping Fitters/Fabricator: Min. 8 yrs. exp • Able to read Isometric drawings • Able to Fabricate Pipe Angles • Knowledge of sugar, fertilizer plans

Boiler Makers: Min. 8-10 yrs. exp • Able to develop and build tanks, hopers, bins etc • Knowledge of sugar, fertilizer plans
