Head- Knowledge Management & Quality (Mumbai)
You will be required to set up and implement KM system across offices and service lines, manage the entire knowledge database from content perspective, ensure KM output formats meet the expectations of all service lines and offices, facilitate and conduct KM sessions/ information sharing processes, Audit and report the health of the business processes to the Corporate Leadership Team on a regular basis, and conduct quality inspections and prepare regular progress reports of all departments/ functions on adherence to process and commitments. You should have a proven track-record with 8-10 years experience.
Head- Information Technology (Mumbai)
You will be required to analyze the IT needs of the organization and develop related budgets for the proposed solutions/ alternatives of procedures and equipment, identify and plan innovative and cost-effective IT solutions, provide IT related user support to all personnel in the geographies, and ensure availability of IT support to divisions for minimum breakdown as well as for optimization in the use along with upgradation of IT infrastructure. You should have 8-10 years of relevant experience in a large organization with proven track-record in IT and systems implementation.
