Mumbai International Airport Private Limited (MIAL), a Joint Venture company between the GVK led consortium and Airports Authority of India was formed in March 2006 to manage and develop India's busiest airport, Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) at Mumbai. MIAL has a vision of making CSIA a truly world-class airport and equip it with the best possible facilities, infrastructure and management. The master plan for CISA builds on the comprehensive planning carried out over the last six months and encapsulates a blueprint for a major transformation of the airport by 2010.

To reinforce its existing talent pool MIAL requires Senior and Middle Management professionals across different functions for the project that would set standards for others to follow:

DGM/GM - Human Resource
Candidates with 15 to 20 years of experience in Generalist HR role in service industry. Post graduation in HR from a recognized institute. Must have addressed IR issues with due emphasis towards HR Policy formulation. The position reports to Sr. VP (Corp HR).

AM/DM - HR Generalist
Candidates with 5 to 10 years experience in Generalist HR role. Post graduation in HR from a recognized Institute. Candidates with exposure in implementation of Performance Management System will be preferred. The position reports to GM-HRD

AM/DM - Recruitment
Candidates with Post graduation in HRD and having 5 to 10 years experience in recruitment must have handled the entire gamut of recruitment activities in a large organization. Position reports to GM-HRD.

Manager/SM - Airport Operations Trainer
Candidates with general management background and Diploma in T&D (ISTD) with 7 to 12 years of experience.Candidates should have an understanding of trends in training and development and broad knowledge of frameworks for measuring training effectiveness, knowledge of design aspects and criteria for training modules and use of multiple media for training delivery.

SM/AGM - Administration
Candidates with PG qualification with 12 to 15 years of experience in handling entire gamut of administrative duties in large setups. Responsibilities include upkeep and maintenance of infrastructure, Offices, Company assets, telephony and communications, welfare matters etc. Experience of service sector would be preferable.

Manager - Corporate Communication
An MBA from recognised institute with 5 to 7 years of experience in brand management and communication. This position would work towards developing CSIA Brand. The candidate should have good understanding of design, printing, production, presentation skills thereby generating ideas on brand communication for various target audiences. The candidates would also coordinate with external agencies on implementation of brand communication activities.

Manager - Occupational, Health and Safety
Candidates will provide strategic and tactical direction for the occupational safety management system, drug and alcohol abuse prevention program, disability case management programs, employee health and safety training, safety auditing, facility emergency response. Candidates with Bachelor of Science in health and /or safety related field with 5 to 10 years of experience in sectors like Hopitality/Travel addressing occupational Health and safety requirements will be preferred.

SM/AGM/DGM - Passenger Travel Experience Manager
Candidates with Bachelor degree with more than 7 to 15 years of experience in Customer/ Hospitality/ Airport/ Airline/ Entertainment Industry. Candidate will assist the GM Facilities in developing strategic project planning, budgeting and implementation of the Passenger travel experience programme and work towards achieving PTE service standards. Ideal candidates would have strong background in client facing roles with effective communication skills.

Sr. Executive - Passenger Relations Officers
He would act as an interface between the travelers and management for smooth transit. Candidates with Bachelors degree with 3 to 5 years of experience preferably from the Hospitality/ Travel/ Retail segments. Should have extensive exposure and experience in handling customers. He would be responsible for understanding travelers needs and communicate the same to the management.

Sr. Executive - Information/ Studio Hosts
Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Travel Hospitality help desk operations. Responsibility include providing information to passengers and airport staff in face to face situations, making public announcements and providing administrative assistance to Terminal Management.

Sr. Executive/AM - Terminal Operations Officer
Candidates with 5 to 10 years experience with good understanding of Terminal, Hotel or Airline operations. He would manage Terminal Operations in liaison with airlines and handling agents to ensure a world class passenger journey experience through the effective implementation of operational procedures. He would be responsible for the effective integration of all activities within the technical area under his control and would report to the Duty Terminal Manager.

AM/DM (Airside Operation Control Centre) Planning
Candidates with 5 to 7 years of experience in Airside Operations with Airport Operators/Airlines. Candidate will plan the available resources, would distribute the facilities on the airside like Parking Bay for aircrafts, allocation of equipment parking space, assignment of arrival belts for baggage etc. In addition he would be responsible for creating the Primary Database Excellent working knowledge of Excel is a must.

AGM/GM - Landslide Operations
An Armed Forces Officer at the rank of a Major/Lt. Col with 12 to 20 years of hardcore experience in Transport management. Logistics support, Resource development and Facility management of a large setup/facility. The person will be a key member of the airport management team and will ensure a high standard of amenity and presentation of the airport landslide areas. This position would report to the Airport Director.

DGM - Civil Maintenance
A BE(Civil) with 12 to 15 years of experience in civil maintenance activities in an EPC environment. The position would report to the Head of projects and ensure time bound and cost effective maintenance activities are carried out that ensure serviceability of civil assets.

GM - Engineering & Maintenance
An experienced professional with at least 10years at Senior management level will ensure contemporary asset maintenance practices maximize serviceability of airport facilities. He will have credentials to accomplish this in cost and energy efficient manner enhancing presentation of the airport and developing organization capability.

AM - Ground Transport Services Officer
Candidates will be graduates with 3 to 5 years of experience in supervising teams providing security and traffic management services or other related operational services working 24/7. Leadership skills, assertive personality and proven ability to control difficult situations.

DGM - Building Maintenance
Candidates will have Architectural or building sciences qualifications with 10 to 15 years experience in the maintenance of major building complexes. The position reports to GM Engineering & Maintenance and will be responsible for ensuring world class presentations of Passenger Terminals and optimum continuity of building services. Experience in sophisticated asset maintenance systems is essential along with the ability to lead organization change and develop capability.

AGM/DGM - Housekeeping
Candidates will have Senior Housekeeping Management experience of 7 to 15 years with proven track record in Hospital/Healthcare/ 5 star Hotel industry. Position reports to GM Facilities and assists him in tactical planning and budgeting for the Group, providing and maintaining the highest quality and overall presentation of the Passenger Terminal Buildings on a day to day basis. Candidate would liaise with all departments, management team, suppliers and airports tenants.

Sr. Executive/ AM - House Keeping Duty Officer
Candidates with diploma in Hotel and Catering or Graduate in any field with a minimum of 3 to 5 years housekeeping role. The position reports to Duty Manager House Keeping and will assist him in ensuring overall cleanliness of passenger terminals. Ensure maximum passenger satisfaction whilst adhering to standard policies and procedures.

DGM/GM - Project Operations and AOR
Candidates with 15 to 20 years of experience in Airport Planning and Coordination. The position reports to the Head Airport Planning and development and assists him by providing inputs towards development of the airport. Actively coordinates with relevant airport agencies for project monitoring and review. He would also be responsible for implementing the Airport Readiness Plan and developing operational procedures and manuals towards making this plan.

DGM/GM - Commercial Development
Candidates with BE(Civil) and MBA from a recognized Institute with experience of 15 to 20 years in commercial development. The position reports to the Head airport Planning and Development. Must have sound understanding and knowledge of optimizing utilization of available space. Responsibility would include developing plans to develop and exploit commercial activities and close coordination with the Design, Commercial and Projects departments.

DGM/GM - Projects Control and Contracts
Candidates with 15 to 20 years experience in an EPC company having handled multiple projects independently. This position reports to the head Airport planning and development. Responsibilities include framing project methodology and schedules, formulating project monitoring schedule, contracts management and resolving work disputes. BE (Civil) from a recognised university with good contract negotiation skills will be preferred.

DGM/GM - Designs
BE (Civil) with 15 to 20 years of experience in Civil and Structural Design in EPC Environment. The position would report to Head Airport Planning and Development. Candidate would be responsible for Conceptual Designing, Structural Analysis, Designing and Detailed specifications, Liaise with approval Bodies and coordinate with architects/ consultants.

DGM/GM - Construction
BE (Civil) with 15 to 20 years of experience in Project Management. Candidate must have independently handled large EPC projects. The position would report to Head Airport Planning and development. Responsibilities include close coordination with the clients and contractors to ensure smooth and time bound progress of Project activities.

DGM - Architect
B.Arch with 12 to 15 years of experience in Project Architecture with experience in planning, design and management of large scale projects. The position reports to head of projects CSIA, Prior experience as a planner in SEZ, Hotels, Malls, urban infrastructure would be an added advantage. The ideal candidate would have creative attitude for design, analytical abilities for planning, sound understanding of profession.

DGM/GM - Budgets and Estimates
Candidates with BE(Civil) from a recognized institute with 15 to 20 years of experience in projects in an EPC setup. Must have handled Project estimates and budgetary Controls of Projects right from inception till completion. This position reports to the Head Airport and would be responsible for project budgeting, preparation of detailed estimates, activity based costing and cost controls, preparation of techno commercial reports.

DGM/GM - Project Procurement
BE (Civil) with 15 to 20 years of extensive experience in material procurement in an EPC Setup. Candidate would take care of the day to day and bulk items purchase and management of stores and disposals. He would ensure maintenance of stocks. MIS on stock position etc. The position reports to the CFO.

Manager/SM - Material Management
BE (Civil) with 7 to 12 years of extensive experience in material management in an EPC setup. Candidate would take care of the day to day Purchase functions of stores and disposals. He would ensure maintenance of stocks, MIS on stock position etc. The position reports to the Head Material Management.

Executive Assistant
CSIA is looking for future Business leaders in Finance, HR, Commercial (Land Development), Marketing/ Sales, and Strategy Development and Operational Strategy. Candidates with MBA from premiere Institutes like IIMs, XLRI, SP Jain, Symbiosis, JBIMS, etc with one to two years of experience in the relevant field can apply.

For all the above positions, candidates should have excellent communication and leadership skills and technical expertise in the respective functions. Experience levels may be relaxed and salary would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
