We wish to appoint a taxation leader for the group with complete responsibilities for all taxation matters. She or he should have a core background in Indian tax laws coupled with significant expertise in knowledge & application of international taxation laws.

She or he would be an expert taxation resource leading the function in areas of tax planning, cross-border taxation issues, creation of tax-efficient composite structures, business models, M&A and restructuring activities. In short, we are looking for a senior specialist who not only possesses deep-rooted knowledge on the subject but can apply the know-how smartly in practice.

The ideal candidate can either be currently in similar corporate function with reputed business groups having global foot-print or can be in the capacity of Senior Manager or Partner in reputed Tax & Audit firms. Specific expertise in Corporate Income tax; M&A related taxation; cross- border taxation including DTAA, with-holding tax matters amongst others will be the key focus areas. The experience profile should have spanned corporate tax planning at a senior level with atleast 5 years in a lead role. Qual: CA/CA+ legal background.

This role will be befitting a seasoned & creative tax professional who is competent & authoritative on the subject of taxation.
