CEO (Operations) (Code-CEO 001): Responsible for overall operations related to Manufacturing, Quality, Asset cars, Power Generation, Environment Management, Development Projects & other technical Services etc. Should have exposure to Costing, Budgeting, Accounting, and Human Resource Development, Should be a Grad Engineer in Mech/ Elect/Chem/ Paper Technology with 20-28 years of experience, of which last 15 years should have been in senior positions with proven track record as Leader with technical background and good analytical & effective interpersonal and negotiating skills. Should be able to take independent charge of a large integrated paper mill and lead its expansion.

Head of Engineering (Code-HB 002): Responsible for all engineering, maintenance and power house areas, 1st class Grad Mech Engineer with 20 years experience of which last 5 years as Chief Engineer in an integrated Pulp and Paper Mill. Should be able to effectively implement preventive maintenance, energy optimization and general plant health improvement programs.

Head of Utility & Services (Code HUS 003): Responsible for operations and maintenance of captive thermal power Plant of 25 MW capacity consisting of steam boilers, turbines, water & effluent treatment plants, The incumbent should be Grad Mech Engineer with proven experience in efficient management of captive power plants and related facilities.

Head of Production (Code-HP 004): Responsible for managing and coordinating all production functions. Grad Chem Engineer/ Pulp and Paper Technologist with 15 years experience in an integrated pulp and paper mill of which last 5 years should be as head of all production functions.

Head of Forestry (Code-HF 005): Responsible for managing Forestry operations including logging of pine / cypress plantations and also to coordinate and liaise with the regulatory bodies. Degree in Forestry or Ranger's course or Forest management with 15 years relevant experience in a pulp and paper mill or Govt. forest dept.

Chief Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineers (Code-CME 006/CEE 007/CIE 008): Responsible for Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation areas respectively. Candidates should be Graduate Engineers in respective fields with minimum 12 years experience in large pulp and paper mills. Should be able to implement systematic preventive maintenance and be able to lead a team of senior engineers.

Head of Paper Making (Code HPM 009): Responsible for paper manufacture from stock preparation to papermaking and finishing, quality assurance and trouble shooting. Exposure in tissue manufacture would be desirable. The incumbent should be Grad in Chem Engg / Paper Technologist with 15-20 years of experience of which 8-10 years in responsible senior position in a Paper Mill.
