Director - Projects
Professionals having 12+ years of technology / development experience with 5+ years in project management. Proven experience of handling multiple teams with focus on areas like project planning / monitoring / control / tracking, client interactions, understanding and implementing CMMI processes. Business knowledge in financial services and development experience across technologies like J2EE / Microsoft .NET /C/C+ + would be a plus. Professionals with 12+ years of extensive experience in Energy Markets / Finance domain with hands-on experience in full product lifecycle including QA/Testing and support are required. QA and Release Engineering Professionals
QA Engineer/Senior QA Engineer/Team Lead/ Project Lead
The applicants should have 2 to 9 years of relevant experience in designing and writing test cases, test execution and defect reporting, test automation and/or performance testing using industry standard tools from Mercury and Rational.
The Team and Project Lead role would require experience in leading small teams, defining test strategies and test effort estimates in addition to planning, design and review of test and regression cases, selection of tools, assigning defects, managing defect metrics.
Product Testing - QA Manager / Senior QA Manager
Managing the complete product test life cycle; analyzing the tests; making build go/no go decisions. Exposure to both manual as well as automated testing preferably in J2EE environment. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Ideal candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience of leading teams of 25+ professionals.
Build and Release Engineers
At least 2 years of experience performing build, release and install of applications on various platforms/databases and Web servers. Good knowledge of Java/J2EE, scripting languages, and exposure to different version and source control systems across operating systems required.

Assistant Managers - Finance (A/R) and Finance (MIS)
CA/ICWA/CPA with 6-8 years of experience in IT industry. Applicants should have good analytical skills, knowledge of US GAAP and Transfer Pricing. Excellent Microsoft Office skills required.
A/R - Prior experience with Services Billing, Collections, compliance with STPI regulations required.
