Marketing Manager
Job:

• Build and develop long term marketing strategy and vision for the company.
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategy and plan.
• Develop and implement sales & Product promotions
• Develop product catalogues and promotional materials.
• Brand development & promotion of Jarir brand and other Private Label products.
• Market Research & Surveys.
• Coordination with showrooms, Corporate sales, Purchasing & Inventory departments in relation to marketing
• Responsible for leading a team of graphic artists, designers copy writers and marketing executives.

Qualification & Experience:

• Should be an MBA in marketing from a reputed management school.
• 3-5 years experience in similar capacity in a reputed company engaged in Retail or FMCG.
• Should be self starter with merchant mentality. sales experience will be a plus.
• Should be a team leader with excellent communication & organisation skills.

MIS Analyst
Job:

• Responsible for development and maintenance of MIS for the top management.
• Critical analysis of financial information and prepare reports for the top management.
• Co-ordinate with various departments in obtaining relevant information.
• Undertake special projects for top management.
• This position has a potential to become Executive Assistant to CEO.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in Math/ Commerce and additional qualification like MBA Finance, CA Inter etc.
• Highly analytical and quantitative oriented. Excellent PC and Spreadsheet skills.
• Database programming skills is a plus. Good communication and leadership skills.

Distribution/ Warehouse Manager
JMC has 35,000 Sq.M warehouse with state of the art technology including bar coding and random storage and access etc.
Job:

• Overall operational in-charge of warehouse and distribution management.
• Responsible for efficient, timely & accurate functioning of warehouse and distribution system including Receiving, Stocking, Picking, Shipping & Delivery of products..
• Maintenance of accurate Physical inventory.
• Enhancement of warehouse productivity norms, safety norms etc.
• Improving the Inventory management and processes.
• To lead the company into next level of Distribution system in terms of technology, systems, efficiency etc.

Qualification & Experience:

• Should be an Engineering graduate with MBA from reputed institute.
• 5-7 years experience in large & complex warehouse & distribution system.
• Should be team leader with excellent communication & analytical skills.

Purchasing/ Supply Chain Officer
Job:To assist head of purchasing in all functions including Product development, Vendor sourcing and development, sales & margin analysis, order processing & management, inventory analysis and improvement of inventory turnover, coordinating with marketing dept. for product promotions.

Qualification & Experience:

• Should be a graduate in Maths/ Science with an MBA from reputable institution.
• 3-5 year experience in purchasing and supply chain management.
• Marketing and sales experience will be a plus. Should have quantitative, analytical and communication skills.
