Embedded Systems (Automotive, Medical) & Mechanical Domain Engineers (Automotive):

• ECU software development on processors: 16 bit and 32 bit
• OS: OSEK, VxWorks, pSOS, QNX
• Protocol: CAN, LIN, MOST, FlexRay, KWP-TP, SPI, SCI, DiagOnCan, J1850
• Tools: Statemate, CANoe, CANanlyzer, CANape, Caldesk, Inca
• Mechanical Domain System Engineer: Power Train, Hybrid Vehicles
• Hardware Development: ECU / Product Design
• Infotainment: Navigation, HMI, Bluetooth, Connectivity, JVM
• Control Engineers: MATLAB, ASCET-SD, TARGETlink
• Medical Device Experience: Blood Glucose Meters, Motion Controllers

Medical Embedded Systems:

• Experience in Medical Electronics industry

CAE:
1) CAE Senior Analyst - Full Vehicle Impact:

• Development experience running front, side or rear impact
• Experience in LS-DYNA
• Familiarity with LS Post & HyperWorks products
• Model assembly experience in ANSA / HyperMesh
• Good Understanding of Material Behaviour under impact conditions
• Prior experience in Leading Analysis teams preferred

2) CAE Senior Analyst:

• Experience in NVH analysis using NASTRAN
• Experience in Full behicle NVH Analysis / Testing
• Model assembly experience in ANSA / HyperMesh
• Familiarity with Hyper Works products
• Prior experience in Leading Analysis teams preferred

3) CAE Senior Analyst - Durability:

• Experience in Durability analysis using NASTRAN
• Experience in Full vehicle analysis, Body and Frame Durability
• Road load data analysis
• Model assembly experience in ANSA / HyperMesh
• Experience with MSC / Fatigue, FE Fatigue, or FEMFAT or other equivalent products
• Familiarity with HyperWorks products
• Prior experience in Leading Analysis teams preferred

Enterprise Asset Management (EAM):

• Experience in Maximo
• Functional consultant in Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Plant Automation

Real-time application development:

• Experience in object oriented Design, Multi Threading, Multi Tasking, UML concepts, Design patterns, Windows Applications
• Experience in application development using C#, .Net, ASP.Net, C++, VC++, COM / DCOM, .Net Remoting, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL) Technologies
• Exposure to interfacing devices and applications using field buses such as Modbus, Profibus, CAN, TCP / IP, Serial Communications and OPC
• Industrial automation application development experience will be an added advantage
• Experience: 2+ years and 4+ years for Programmers and Architect roles respectively

The following positions will be based in TCS-Bangalore and Pune.

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES):

• Domain: Manufacturing (Discrete / Process) experience in Production / Planning / Control System.
• Discrete: Preferably Automotive & Ancillaries / Semiconductor / Hitech / Healthcare
• Process: Process Industry preferably Metals / Oil & Gas / Chemical
• Exposure to working on software like .NET, J2EE, MSSQL, SERVER, ORACLE, PL / SQL, UML, RDBMS, Experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Plant Information Management Systems (Process Historian)
• ERP to Plant Floor Integration
• Good Business Requirements Analysis & Functional Design Development Skills
• Solution Design & Implementation Expertise
• Implementation knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) product is desirable

MFG / PRO:

• Experience in MFG PRO with knowledge of Manufacturing, Distribution of Finance Module
• Progress Techno-Functional Consultant

PLC / SCADA / DCS Resources:

• Experience in Design, Engineering & Implementation of PLC / SCADA / DCS projects.
• Preparation of Instrument / Control System Package specifications, Vendor Negotiations, Vendor Management, Conduct FAT, Erection & commissioning support
• EPC Experience in PP, PBR, HDPE, LLDPE or any polymer plant engineering experience will be an advantage
• Capable of working in a typical EPC environment
• PLC Systems (Hardware / Software / System Architecture, HMI design & Programming)
• Experience in Networking concepts & protocols & hands-on implementation
• Ability to interface with other systems like DCS / SCADA
• Conversant with field instruments like transmitters, flow meters & experience in calibration

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:
2-10 years of IT experience with Engineering / Software / Consulting organisation

Qualifications:

• Preferably Master's in Mechanical / Aerospace / Civil Structures / Production / Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Automotive Engineering
• BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MS / PhD

Special consideration will be given to BSc / BCA / Diploma holders with 3 years of relevant functional / technical experience.

• Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%)
• Correspondence / Part-time courses will not be considered
