Relationship Manager - Sr. Manager/ Manager (Mumbai / Hyderabad / Gurgaon - Code: RM/001): B.E (Mech.), preferably MBA (Marketing) with 5-10 yrs. exp. in heavy equipment rental/sales. Should be proficient in latest trend in equipment industry. Ideal candidate must have high negotiation, commercial & marketing skills.

Asset Manager - Sr. Manager / Manager (Mumbai/ Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Kolkata)

Regional (Code: AM/RO/001): BE/Diploma (Mech.) with 5-10 yrs. of proven experience in construction/heavy equipment industry. Job involves repair & maintenance of equipment, equipment health audits. Should be capable of managing O&M team, monitoring & updating MIS reports, implementing best CRM practices.

Corporate (New Delhi-Code: AM/CO/001): BE / Diploma (Mech.) with 5-10 years of proven experience in construction / heavy equipment industry. Job involves coordination with site / yard managers / manufacturers / vendors for smooth and efficient management of assets. Knowledge of MS Office/Axapter is essential.

Yard Incharge (All States - Code: AM/YI/001): Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 yrs. exp. in Site Management. Responsible for yard profitability, MIS, Asset Management, Crew Management, billing & collection, commercial and customer satisfaction.

Site Incharge (All States - Code: AM/SI/001): Diploma (Mech.) with 3-5 yrs. exp. in Site Management. Responsible for Asset Management, preparation of log sheet, billing & collection, reconciliation and customer satisfaction.

Service Engineer (All State - Code AM/SE) Degree / Diploma (Mech.) with 3-5 yrs. exp. in heavy construction equipment / hydraulic mobile crane, repair & maintenance.

Mechanic (All State - Code AM/MECH) Diploma / ITI (Mech) with 2-3 yrs. exp. in heavy construction equipment / hydraulic mobile crane, repair & maintenance.

Regional HR Manager (Crew Operations) (All State - Code RHR/001) Post graduate with 5-10 yrs. exp. in construction / labour intensive industry with good knowledge of labour laws / personnel management, performance tracking etc. Responsible for sourcing, developing, training & retaining large number or pool of equipment crew or operators.

Regional Commercial Manager - Sr. Manager / Manager (Mumbai / Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Kolkata - Code: CM/RCM/001): CA/M. Com with 5-10 yrs. of proven experience in commercial /branch operations. Responsible for billing & collection, movement of materials, purchase, general accounting & MIS.

Commercial Officer/ Assistant Manager (Delhi/Mumbai- Code: CM/CO/001): CA (Inter) / M. Com / B. Com with 3-7 yrs. exp. preferably in construction/ heavy equipment industry. Responsible for General Accounting and MIS.

Assistant Manager - Purchase (Delhi /Mumbai- Code: CM/PUR/001): Diploma (Mech)/ B.Com with 3-7 yrs. exp. in construction/ equipment industry with procurement of materials. Should be very strong in vendor development & negotiation.

Assistant Manager - Logistics (Delhi / Mumbai- Code: CM/LOG/001): Diploma (Mech) / B. Com with 3-7 yrs. exp. in construction / equipment industry. Knowledge of motor vehicle laws, inter state movement of equipment / goods. Entry tax, road tax, soles tax are essential.

Sr. Manager / Manager (Delhi - Code: AC/001): CA with 4-8 yrs of proven experience in taxation/fund raising areas. Exposure to ERP would be an added advantage
