Chief Operating Officer (COO)
A Chemical or Mechanical Engineer from reputed institute with minimum 20 years of independent experience in running multiple production centres, preferably a large Soap/ Edible Oil/ Food Business. Should have a proven track record with vision and dynamism to lead a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. Must have a global outlook, exceptional leadership qualities, communication skills and top level experience in general management in a large organization. Past experience in Africa will be an added advantage.

Production Manager - Soaps & Edible Oil
Oil Technologists with minimum 12-15 years experience in a major Soap and Edible Oil Refinery with proven ability to establish and implement process, procedures, quality systems and cost reductions in manufacturing.

Maintenance Engineer - Soaps & Edible Oil
Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 12-15 years experience in handling all maintenance activities in a major Soaps and Edible Oil Refinery. A winning team leader and should posses the ability to lead a team of skilled local staff.
