Regional Operations Manager (Job Code: ROM)
You must be a B.Tech/MBA with 12 to 14 years of operations experience in Telcom/Banking/FMCG industry/Consumer Durables industry with 3 to 4 years of managing independent branch operations.

You will be responsible for the broadband business operations in the region with a highly motivated team of 300 team members through a team of Areas Operations Managers and Territory Operations Managers. You will be responsible for market share, growth objectives, customer acquisition and retention, cost control and revenue yield in your region. You will construct regional business plan, formulate operations incentive and motivation programs, implement strategies, manage regional budgets, create rapid resources on planning &Implementation of network rollout.

Area Operations Manager (Job Code: AOM)
You must be a B.Tech/MBA with 10 to 12 years of sales/collections/operations experience in Telecom/ Banking/ FMCG industry with 6 to 8 years of managing large diversified team.

You will be responsible for managing a highly motivated team of 50 team members through a team of Territory Operations Managers who are responsible for End to End Customer life cycle management and cross functional activities like Pre-Sales, Sales, installs, Maintenance, Collections and Retention. You will be responsible for market share and growth objectives in your area. You will formulate field level marketing, implement strategies, plan & implement network rollout and motivate field force to achieve targets in sales, collection, installation, quality of service and network health. Regional Revenue & Retention Manager (Job Code: RRRM)
You must be a graduate in any business or finance field of study with 10 to 12 years of experience in IT/Telecom/ Banking/ Courier/ industry with 3 to 4 years of independently managing credit control and collection operations in a region/branch.

You will be responsible for the front office operations, order fulfillment, credit verification, postpaid credit control, billing and collections, prepaid billing and distribution, customer retention and network assets recovery in the region,through in house teams and external collections agencies. You will be responsbile for customer revenue share and customer revenue growth objectives in your region.

Regional Market Development Manger (Job Code: RMDM)
You must be a MBA with 10 to 12 years of Market Developer/ Product Management experience in Telcom/Banking/ Insurance/FMCG industry with 2 to 4 years of independently managing marketing operations/ Product management at regional/branch level.

You will be responsible for continuous innovation to enhance brand visibilty through high visible brand promotion programs. You will be responsible for demand estimation, coverage plan, lead generation, competition intelligence, sales and installation initiatives, tele - Sales/Marketing initiatives and vendor management. You will provide product development inputs to product team at HO for new product development. You will be responsible for customer market share, customer growth objectives and capacity Utilization in your region.

Regional Materials Controller (Job Code: RMC)
You must be a MBA with 12 to 14 years of Materials/ Inventory management experience in IT/Telcom/Manufacturing/FMCG industry with 2 to 4 years independently managing materials/ inventory at regional/branch level.

You will be responsible for material forecasting, planning and converting it into purchase requisitions, ensure accurate warehouse inventory maintenance and availability, ensure materials stored and maintained in good condition. Review of slow or non moving items, identify, refurbishment and repairs. You will be responsible for materials movement from warehouses to business partners, SAP invoicing, materials reconciliation, issue and data keeping of float &field stock. You will be responsible for customer installation and maintenance costs, control network capex and opex, develop KPI and able benckmarks performances for your region.

Regional Network Manager Job Code: RNM)
You must be a B.Tech with 12 to 14 years of Network management experience in Wireline/Broadband/Pre-Wimax/WiFi industry with 2 to 4 years independently managing P&I/NOC Ops/ Network Ops at telecom circle/ regional level.

You will be responsible for Network design, planning and implementation, OSP & ISP rollout and maintenance, RNOC operations and Customer Installation & Maintenance. You will ensure adequate network coverage and capacity creation in the existing and new areas of operations. You will be responsible for managing installation, maintenance and L2 complaint desk at regions. You will be responsible for multi level network performance and benchmarks for the region.
