Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) Manager
For Cement plant in North Lebanon
A leading cement manufacturer with a capacity of about 2 million tons/year with 3 kilns in operation and a large export market is seeking a Quality, Safety and Environment Manager to be responsible for developing and managing its already established QMS ISO 9001:2000
EMS ISO 14001: 2005 and implement the Safety Management System in the company
Operational Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation of best practices for the management systems of the company
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in management theories and practice
- Responsible for establishing, maintaining and continually improving management systems such as Quality, Environment, Health & Safety within the guidelines of relevant directors
- Manage a team of internal auditors
- Develop required new systems of management for the overall development of the organization
- Responsible for the Generic Management system processes implementation and improvement
- Responsible for integrating all Management Systems in the company into the Total Quality Management
Skills and Educational Requirements
- Engineering or relevant degree
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant Management
- Systems (preferably in consulting field)
