ASIC Design Engineers (Job Code: Asic)
ASIC Design Engineers at NVIDIA design and implement the industry's leading Graphics, Video and Media & Communication Processors. Specific areas include 2D and 3D graphics, mpeg, video, audio, network protocols, high-speed I/O interfaces and Bus protocols and memory subsystem design. As an ASIC designer you will be responsible for RTL design and synthesis, Logic and Timing verification using leading edge CAD tools and Semiconductors process technologies.

Minimum Requirements: BE / ME with 3+ years of complex high speed ASIC Design experience. Exposure to Digital systems and VLSI design, Computer Arithmetic, C / C++ programming languages, CMOS transistors and circuits is required. You should be well versed in industry standard EDA tools & flows.

System Engineers (Job Code: System)
You will be responsible for ASIC and board bring up, validation, and debug from prototype to production and will be required to perform logic validation and interface characterization of all PC interfaces to ensure compliance to industry standards. You will debug complex ASIC and board issues related to logic design, signal integrity, power delivery, stress testing, thermal characterization and stability improvement.

Minimum Requirements: BE / ME with 3+ years of experience in board design / bring up / validation. You should be familiar with PCB layout and high-speed board design issues, PC architecture, interfaces and Bus protocols such as IDE, PCI, PCI-Express, SATA, USB, etc. You should have in-depth knowledge of signal integrity, EMI / EMC and Analog interface characterization. You must be well versed in the usage of high-end test and measurement tools such as DSOs, Logic analyzers and Bus exerciser / Analyzers.

BIOS Engineers (Job Code: Bios)
You will be required to work from pre-emulation to silicon production, port chipset code prior to emulation, Board bring-up during emulation, Design and implement System BIOS chipset customizations.

Minimum Requirements: BE / ME with 2+ years of experience in porting the BIOS to a new memory controller (North Bridge), OR to a new chipset (South Bridge). Familiar with ACPI, SMM, PCI, PnP, PCI-Express, JEDEC DDR Standards, Debuggers: Familiar with use of In-Circuti Emulators, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Windows Kernel Debugger. PC architecture knowledge and excellent x86 assembly language skills are must.

Platform Architects (Job Code: Arch)
As an Architect in the Platform group, you will be responsible for all aspects of chipset and related hardware architecture including feature evaluation and analysis, architecture, micro-architecture definition, performance analysis and validation.

Minimum Requirements: BE / ME with 3+ years of relevant chip architecture experience required (5-8 preferred). Previous experience and understanding of one or more of the following topics: processor architecture, chipset architecture, I/O subsystems, storage subsystems; memory subsystem and performance analysis. Programming skills required: C, C++, Verilog and Perl is a plus.
