Role: Senior Technical Associate / Team Leader

Training: You will be undergoing 3 months of intensive training on technical and behavioral skills.

Assignment: On successful completion of training, you will be inducted in software projects as Senior Technical Associate / Team Leader.

Career path: We would leverage on your engineering & people management skills and officer excellent career paths to take you to Project Management within a short span of time.

We are looking for:

Engineering graduates working with reputed non-IT organizations with an ambition to make a career in the IT industry.

You need to be BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MBA up to 35 years of age.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience in engineering industry (Mechanical, Automobile, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Civil, Metallurgy & others) and expertise in your current domain.

Behavioral skills: Good communication, analytical / problem solving skills, team leading experience, team player, flexible, aptitude to learn new technologies.

Exposure to IT is preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates from project-based industries and having exposure to project management.
