The Automation and Control Solutions team at HTSL is engaged in the areas of Life Safety and Security, Building and Energy Saving Systems, Process Automation and Industrial Control, Sensors and Switches to make life safer, more comfortable and efficient for people living and working in more than 100 million homes and five million buildings across the world. Our Automation and Control Solutions span across the automotive, power, mining, refineries, chemicals, petrochemicals, paper, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

This team requires B.Tech./M. Tech./PhD (Electronics/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Computer Science) professionals with over 3 years of experience for career opportunities in various roles in the areas of sensors, electronic hardware and manufacturing process, industrial process automation, building automation (video security, HVAC, access control), wireless technology development and applications:

Leader: Product Evaluation (53207)

• Ability to lead independent product evaluation function in a new product introduction environment
• Awareness of industry/government testing and certification standards
• Experience with automated test fixtures, data acquisition and manipulation software
• Ability in using statistical analysis and data management methodologies will be an added advantage

Leader: Design to Manufacturing (56610)

• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment with the responsibility of transferring a design to production
• Strong ability to drive design for manufacturability and assembly practices in a manufacturing environment for products involving plastics, machined components, electronics, etc.
• Proficient in industry wide accreditations such as ISO 9000, APQP, PPAP, etc.

Program Manager (56376)

• Experience in program management in new product introduction, handling projects from the specification to the production stages
• Proficiency in using industry wide tools and methodologies for cost/schedule tracking
• Certification from PMI will be an added advantage

Design Lead: Electronics (53136)

• Good understanding of design principles and modeling techniques in the field of analog electronics
• Modeling and simulation of high frequency analog circuits with proficiency in using simulation tools such as SABER/PSPICE
• Experience in handling total solution projects (Electronics, Mechanical, Embedded Software and Application)
• Hands-on experience in hardware designs involving either of 8/16/32 bit micro controller or microprocessor based designs and analog design

Simulation Engineer: Electronics (53204)

• Good knowledge of analog electronics & sensors. Good understanding of design principles and modeling techniques for design of sensors
• Modeling and simulation of high frequency analog circuits. Proficiency in using simulators such as SABER/PSPICE & MATLAB
• Experience with opamps, transistors and mixed signal devices
• Error budgeting and theoretical analysis
• Knowledge of fundamentals of EMI/EMC problems

Process Engineer: Manufacturing (56447)

• Experience in design and implementation of assembly processes for electronic, mechanical and electro mechanical products
• Familiarity with assembly and joining processes such as PCB assembly, welding, brazing, machining, soldering, etc.
• Knowledge in process mapping, PFMEAs, control plans and gauge R&R studies

Supplier Quality Assurance Engineers (56448)

• Experience in an NPI environment with a responsibility to ensure supplier quality on parts and components
• Experience in auditing suppliers and their processes
• Awareness of major quality management standards

Advanced Process Control Engineer (56452)

• Experience in advanced process control systems in refinery and chemical industries
• Knowledge of DCS systems and PID tuning
• Experience in software testing preferred

Process Operations Engineers (52598)

• Experience in process operations in the pharmaceutical/refinery/chemical industries with exposure to MES solutions
• Experience in production planning, scheduling and operation management
• Experience in Software Engineering will be an added advantage

DSP Engineer (56451)

• Experience in DSP design skills including audio/video CODEC development and optimization
• Knowledge on MPEG2/MPEG4/H.264 standards
• Knowledge on networking and streaming protocols (RTSP/RTP, TCP/IP, UDP)

CCTV/Access Systems Engineer (52174)

• Experience in the design, installation and commissioning of video systems with strong exposure to the DVRs, switches and cameras
• Experience in the design, installation and commissioning of access control systems with strong exposure to readers and Biometrics systems

BMS/HVAC Engineer (52015)

• Experience in controller networking, programming, commissioning and checkout of building automation systems
• Working knowledge on building controls open systems (LON, BACnet, OPC, Modbus)

RF Designer (52728)

• Experience in RF systems/circuits/tools and interface
• Expertise in both active and passive circuits
• Designing various antennas and transmission lines in VHF, UHF and UWB bands
• Conversant with transceivers, LNAs, filters, oscillators and power amplifiers
• Experience in at least two life-cycle product designs
• Good understanding of frequency bands, licensing requirements and certification requirements

Software Engineers (56333)

• Experience in design, development and testing in C, C++, VC++, MFC, Java, J2EE, Dot Net, C#, etc.
• Experience in SDLC process
