   3-10 years experience in Telecom Billing, CRM and EMS. Good experience in system implementation with one or more billing systems. Having worked on Linux/ Sun-Solaris platforms. Knowledge of Wireless/ Wireline, Roaming, Interconnect, Prepaid (IN) & VAS. Project Management skills are also desirable. Must have sound knowledge on programming languages: VB, C++ and SQL.    1-4 years experience in installation, commissioning/ configuration of soft switch/ circuit switch with an operator/ switch vendor. Preference will be given to the candidate who has exposure to Media Gateway.

   b) IPTV/ Multiplay/ Content Delivery

   1-4 years experience in L2/ L3 VPN configuration. Should have exposure in Solaris, IP Networks and Content Chain Management, Candidates with CCNP Certification should only apply.

Sales & Marketing

Responsible for architecture of storage, data recovery and back up solutions and applications support infrastructure solutions for an Enterprise. Must be technically certified and familiar with servers and storage solutions and products of vendors like HP, IBM, SUN, EMC etc.

   b) Data Networks
   Job Code: A08/SM; Gurgaon
   4-8 years experience in different technologies of ADSL, MPLS, WiMAX, LAN/ WAN & IPTV. Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing or implementing the networks. Expertise in technology and vendor selection, proposal preparation and price negotiations. Minimum 4 years experience in IP based networks.

   For Position No. 3 (a & b) candidate should have worked in a Solution Architect's role in current assignment and also have some amount of customer facing experience in previous engagements. Will be required to work closely with sales team in the appropriate vertical of Telecom or Enterprise. Capable of scoping, anticipating the cost impact and translating the service or solution benefits to customers and writing solutions for customers as well as negotiating well along with the sates team. Required to interface with the project execution teams and should be aware of competitive products and solutions.

4. Business Analyst

   4-7 years experience in market research. Proficiency in exploring and preparing reports on technology and market opportunities. Expertise in data collection & analysis. Understanding of IT & Telecom industry is must.

Telecom Software

1. GM/ DGM - Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG)

   8-12 years experience in SDLC, inspection (Fagan) and development methodology tools (Iterative, AGILE etc.), ISO & CMM. Should be able to guide process improvement and certification activities for the whole enterprise.

2. GM/DGM - Software Development

   8-12 years experience in product development or application services preferably in telecom domain. Value Added Services (VAS) and Mobile, Device Application development experience will be an added advantage. Well verse with the iterative development, modeling, configuration management and generic software tools. Development experience in C++/ JAVA. Capable of managing projects and multiple teams independently.

3. Project Manager/ Team Lead/ Software Engineer - Mobile Applications (Multiple Positions)
   Job Code: A12/ SW; Gurgaon
   1-8 years experience. Will be required to design and lead a team in development of Mobile Application. Should have understanding of CLDC/ MIDP concepts development experience with J2ME, Mobile Application Development. Candidate with Project Management Certification and experience across devices will be preferred.

4. Project Manager/ Project Lead/ Team Lead/ Software Engineer - Product Development (Multiple Positions)

   1-10 years experience. Will be required to design and lead a team in development of Mobile Application.    2-10 years experience in Content Editing. Should be able to re-purpose traditional content and create new mobile content.

2. Product Manager(s)

   4-8 years experience in content space. Should have experience in product architecture lifecycle. Will be required to define products/ offerings of the company and work with the development team to bring out new products.

3. Marketing Manager(s) Mobile Content & Application
