1. Chief Operating Officer (Code: COO 1)
   An achiever, who has the ability to provide positive leadership and a vibrant service Company with 10-15 years of experience having independently led marketing, technical and finance division of the company. The ideal qualification would be MBA from a reputed institution and B.E. (Electronics & Communication) with exposure to telecommunication operations.

2. Head-Finance & Accounts (Code: HFA 1)
   CA/MBA (Finance), a proactive team player and should have minimum 10 years of experience preferably in a reputed telecommunication conglomerate. The key role is overall finance and accounts operations including Budgeting, Cash Management, Various Tax Administration, and Monitoring of Billing & Revenue Collections.

3. Head-Marketing & Sales (Code: HMS 1)
   MBA with excellent communication skills, a proactive team player and should have min. of 10 years experience preferably in a reputed telecommunication conglomerate. You will be responsible for defining and implanting sales strategies & revenue generation schemes. You should have a sound understanding of international business and understand pulse of different regions across the globe.

4. Head-Network Operations (HNO 1)
   B.E. (Electronics & Communication), with minimum of 10 yrs. Experience, preferably in a reputed telecommunication conglomerate. You will be responsible for Management and leadership in planning. installation, commissioning and maintenance of the complete wireless based telecommunication network including backbone (Microwave/Optical Fiber).

5. Manager-Planning (Code: MP)
   B.E. (Electronics & Communication), with 6-8 years experience in a reputed telecommunication conglomerate. You will be responsible for RF planning and backbone planning of the wireless based telecommunication network.

6. Manager-Facilities (Code: MF)
   B.E. Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics & Communication / Civil with 6-8 years experience in facilities management in a reputed telecommunication conglomerate. You will be responsible for facilities management of the wireless based telecommunication network.

7. Manager-Marketing (Code: MM)
   MBA with 6-8 years of experience in the marketing management of a reputed telecommunication conglomerate. You will be responsible for complete formulation of marketing strategies and overall marketing activities of the company.

8. Senior Engineer (Code: SE) / Engineer (Code: E)
   B.E. (Telecommunication), with 4/2 years experience in a reputed telecommunication conglomerate. Key responsibility would include planning, implementation, operation & maintenance of telecom networks.

9. Trainee Engineers (Code: TE)
   Fresh B.E. (Electronics and Communication) from any reputed engineering Institution.

10. Supporting Staff (Code: SS)
    Graduates / Diploma Holders with relevant experience to handle Systems & Network Administration, Assistant to Chairman Managing Director & other Senior Officials of the Organization. Also, Commerce Graduates/ Graduates with relevant experience who can be Accounts Assistant, Office Assistant, Public Relation Officer, Steno-Typist, Receptionist etc.
