HLFPPT is a professional service organization working for bettering the health outcomes for the poor and marginalized. For undertaking a prestigious HIV/AIDS prevention program in coastal Andhra Pradesh funded by BMGF under its India AIDS Initiative focusing on FSWs, MSM/TGs, we are inviting applications from suitable candidates for the following positions:

1. Senior Accounts Officer: CA/ICWA having minimum 5-6 years experience in the development sector with proficiency in MS office, tally and good communication skills. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining NGO accounts; Finalization of project accounts; preparation of cash flow and forecast; field visits to NGOs; assisting to auditors, assisting Grants Admn. Manager in preparation of monthly budget variance reports. Proficiency in accounting software's like tally, MS office package and good communication skills.

2. Social Marketing Officer: Masters Degree in social science/ marketing /public health from reputed institutes having 3-5 years of experience in health programs with experience of working for contraceptive social marketing projects/ programs will be an added advantage.

   He/she will coordinate social marketing Interventions for STI/HIV prevention: Identify demand for and innovative supply channels for social marketing of condoms and services for HIV/AIDS prevention: coordinate between NGQs and S.M Organizations to address the demand and supply issues;

3. Regional Coordinator - Public Health: MBBS having 1-2 years of experience and aptitude to work in public health with capacity to innovate and problem solving abilities. Team player and willing to work with NGO partners and willing to travel, meet people and make decisions.

   He/she will assist in setting up clinics with NGOs and other stakeholders, capacity building of medical and other clinic staff, coordinate and monitor the coverage of health checkups, maintain up to date STI case data at clinic and outreach clinic level, supervise and support sustenance of clinic recording, coordination of logistics.

4. Project Officer (FSWs): Masters/Post Graduate in Social Work having minimum 3 years of experience in development sector. The incumbent will be responsible for NGO Management, closely work with NGOs in preparation of work plans, providing support to NGOs in implementation of the project activities.

5. Project Officer- Public Health: MBBS having 1-2 years of experience and aptitude to work in public health with capacity to innovate and problem solving abilities, leader ship skills, Team player and willing to work with NGO partners

   The incumbent will facilitate setting up clinics with NGOs and other stakeholders, ensure minimum standards and co-ordination with clinic staff and other stake holders in the project; arrange for and conduct on-going Clinic staff development manage logistics' for the clinics at the central level;

6. Project Associate / Documentation Officer: Post Graduate in Social Sciences/Social Work/ Anthropology having minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.

   The Incumbent will be responsible for documentation work in the project including best practices; making various documents like modules, participatory research and designing of the project; training the NGOs on documenting skills; designing and conducting assessment studies as required for the project; coordinating with other functional heads of the project in compiling relevant reports.

7. Project Officer - STI Coordination: Post Graduate in social science with minimum 3 years experience in HIV/Health programs.

   The incumbent would primarily responsible for managing STI clinics, monitoring and coordinating with NGOs.

8. Data Entry Operator: Graduate with computer skills/statistical background having Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other computer packages.

The above positions are on fixed term contract which may be renewed based on performance.

All positions require a lot of personal commitment and concern towards the under privileged sections of the society. The work involves high volume, high pressure and will be quite demanding and involvels lot of travel to Coastal AP. Excellent knowledge of Telugu (speaking, reading and writing) will be an added advantage, experience in HIV/AIDS preventation program will be an added advantage.
