Knowledge of UML, EAI - BEA WebLogic, IBM Message Broker, etc. COTS products in Fulfillment, Revenue assurance, Billing, CRM will be an advantage. Preferred COTS - Siebel, BSCS Geneva, Cramer, Metasolv, Netcool, Clarify, Business Objects, Siebel Analytics / OBI.

Program Manager (Job Code: PM 06/03)
Sound IT implementation experience, of which at least 5 - 7 years in program/ project management, preferably in the Telecom domain. Good track record in delivering quality projects in time. Able to develop program management processes and create winning pre-sales presentations / proposals. Excellent negotiation skills. PMP / Prince / Prince2 certification would be an added advantage.

Quality Consultants (Job Code: QC 06/03)
Experience in CMM / CMMi Level 4 / 5 organizations in Quality Assurance, SEPG and Metrics Program. Exposure to project management & metrics program is mandatory. Six Sigma / CSQA / PMP / ITIL / CISA certified candidates would be preferred.
