These also include transformation projects such as business process re-engineering, system migration/ rationalization as well as ventures such as quad-play implementation, IPTV, etc.

We are looking to hire dynamic business consultants eager to consult in the fast paced world of telecom. We are typically looking for people with experience from the big 5. Positions will be international (including UK/ US) and compensation will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Management Consultants

• 5-15 years of management consulting experience
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical abilities
• Experience of telecom vertical preferably with Tier 1 service providers in western markets
• Client skills [leadership, communication, influencing]
• Proven capability in project management with respect to budgets, timelines, schedules, etc.

Activities

• Business Development: Engage meaningfully with client's senior management around business level problems
• Proposing high level business cases for consulting and downstream business
• Drive internal company business cases and make clear recommendations for strategy and spot propositions

Business Process Consultants

• 5-15 years of management consulting experience
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical abilities
• Strong understanding of business processes in telecom or industries such as retail, financial services, supply chain, manufacturing
• Result orientation and experience in metric based process re-engineering and rationalization
• Client skills (leadership, communication, influencing)
• Proven capability in project management with respect to budgets, timelines, schedules, etc.

Activities

• Execution of assignments around process design and re-engineering
• Participating in client discussions and workshops
• Metrics: Set up business level metrics and mechanisms for gathering, aggregation, reporting, 'dashboarding' metrics
• Review, identify and tackle 'Hot Spots'

Telecom Domain Consultants

• Consultative outlook
• Extensive experience in and knowledge of telecom service provider products and services [PSTN, Broadband, Private Circuits, Mobility, etc]
• Aptitude towards techno-commercial solutions
• Client skills [communication, presentation]
• Proven capability in project management with respect to budgets, timelines, schedules, etc.
• Modeling and design capabilities [preferred]

Activities

• Execution of assignments such as an impact assessment of launch of new product or service on the portfolio systems
• Participating in client discussions and workshops
• Formulating techno-commercial propositions
• Defining functional capabilities to meet requirements
