We are looking for Vice Presidents for the following consulting divisions:

1. Retail Strategy & Operations
2. Consumer Good (e.g. Food & Grocery, Personal Care, Electronics, Durables etc.) - Strategy and Operations.
3. Fashion (Textiles & Clothing) - Strategy & Operations
4. Healthcare Strategy & Operations
5. The Knowledge Company, with focus on Consumer and Market Insights/Knowledge.

Each of these divisions is structured to function as an independent SBU and has (or will have) its own consulting team of around 15-30 professionals, comprising Vice Presidents, Asst. Vice Presidents, Principal Consultants, Consultants and Analysts.

Each Vice President will have individual or shared responsibility for the management & growth of the division and will be reporting to Chief Operating Officer under the guidance of the Chairman and Managing Director. The specific responsibilities will include (for respective divisions):

Marketing, PR, and the Division/ Corporate Brand Management

All Vice Presidents will be members of the Central Management Group (CMG) that will plan & decide the overall direction for the company. We are seeking applications from extremely high caliber individuals with a MBA from a premier Institute and at least 10 years of top quality experience in consulting and/or at senior executive positions in premier retail, consumer goods, textiles & apparel, health care and research companies. Incumbents are expected to have demonstrated operational/'hands-on' experience, proven leadership qualities, extraordinary selling & networking skills with a flair for writing and public speaking besides having a strong and pleasing personality. The location could be Gurgaon, Bangalore or Hyderabad and will be decided after considering selected individuals' preference. Extensive travel both within India and abroad (10-15 days in a month) and working under extremely tight deadlines is intrinsic to the job profile of almost all professionals working with Technopak. Compensation offered will be handsome and will have a significant performance linked element to recognize outstanding performance with matching rewards.
