Store Managers/Asst Store Managers
You should preferably be below 35 years and hold a management degree, should have independently managed operations of medium to large retail outlete in India/ abroad for about 7 to 10 years (Managers) 4 to 7 years (Asst Managers), held responsibility for overall stores operations including sales, merchandising, in store marketing & promotions, visual merchandising, people management etc. Critical skills also include customer orientation, quality management &efficiency of operations.

Merchandisers
You should preferably be a graduate, below 35 years, with about 5 to 7 years experience in Merchandising for various product categories in medium to large retail outlets in India / abroad and responsible for sourcing general merchandise, inventory management, margins, vendor development & identifying alternative sources etc. Critical skills include internal customer orientation, vendor management & influencing skills.

Dept Managers/ Asst Dept Managers
You should preferably be a graduate, below 30 years, with about 2 to 5 years experience in managing departments / sub departments in medium to large retail outlets in India / abroad and responsible for dept / section sales against targets, co-ordination for in house promotions, visual merchandising, managing teams etc. Critical skills include customer orientation, quality management & efficiency of operations.
