GM Marketing & Sales - Ready to Eat Foods (Branded Sales): Age around 36. Professionally qualified. Will be instrumental in achieving the company's immediate objective of catapulting the company's brands to the top five percentile and growing this business segment from Rs. 20 crores mainly in Western India at present to Rs. 100 crores pan India in 2 years. Will be accountable for the positioning strategy and it's successful implementation. A track record of achievements in competitive markets as well as proven team selection and motivation skills will be key selection criteria.

AGM-International Trading (PVT Labelled and Branded Commodities): Age above 30. Professionally qualified. Will be accountable for growth in the market for existing products (Rice, edible oil, spagetti, sesame seed) across the world (current presence in USA, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Far East), new product development and expansion of geographical spread. Will co-ordinate the company's operation in Dubai, Somalia, Kenya and Sudan, reporting to the GM International trade.

Managers International Trading - Commodities (Business Development, Sourcing & Order Execution): Vacancies At Delhi, Dubai, Sudan (Africa) Age 28 and above. Post graduate qualifications in management/ International trade. With atleast 4-5 relevant work experience. Will be expected to set up new divisions/offices and run them as profit centers with minimal assistance - business development, sourcing, pricing, procurement, logistics, delivery, operations management, profitability, reporting to the Head Quarters in Delhi.

AGM - Finance and Accounts (H.O.): Age 40+ C.A. With rich experience in classical accounts management in a structured manufacturing company (preferably with multiple locations) using ERP systems and at a T.O. Exceeding Rs. 200 crores. Will be responsible for implementation of ERP systems, budgeting, monitoring fund flow, MIS, reporting, finalisation, taxation, audit and legal compliance. Will be supported by a team and accountable to the M.D. for their productivity & performance.

Manager Marcom & Corporate Communication (Advertising Agency Exposure Preferred): Age 28+ An MBA with atleast 4-5 years and good understanding of ATL and BTL activities related to Brand management. Will implement the marketing strategy, liaise with the advertising and related agencies for market research and feedback, preparation of publicity material, selection of media, optimization of return on ad spend, promotional schemes etc.

Lady Executive Assistant to M.M. (Designate International Business Manager): Age 30 and above. Ideally professionally qualified and with a commerce background. With proven bock office management & people skills, atleast 5 - 6 years work experience (could be unrelated), the ability to travel when required and ambition to grow into a larger responsibility. Will assist the M.D. In coordination with customers, associates and suppliers; marketing and manufacturing operations management feedback, MIS, analysis and execution of policies etc. This will be an excellent opportunity to get holistic exposure to the business and take on a line responsibility in the group 2 - 3 years down the line.
