Competencies:

• Knowledge of systems analysis and various software development methodologies.

Produces system design and program specifications and carries out related IT analysis work relating to the software development life cycle. Coordinates and supports the planning, analysis and preparation of various IT feasibility studies and projects. Performs investigation of various system discrepancies highlighted by users and reviews with superior to ensure prompt system rectification.

Functional Analyst (Ref. No. JRE1761)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Field of Study: Computer Science/ Eng. Electronics/Eng. Computers, Experience: Min. 6 years. Functional Area: IT, Industry Preferred: Telecommunication.

Competencies:
Experience in business analysis or process designing or BPR. Will interface with users in order to determine their detailed functional requirements and assist in the designing of processes. Also, examines current and existing processes in order to determine inconsistencies and any problems and recommends appropriate improvements in addition to utilizing CASE tools to design and document processes. Should be familiar with eTOM.

Computer Systems Analyst (Ref. No. JRE1868)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Field of Study: Computer Science/Eng. Electronics/Eng. Computers, Experience: 5+ years in application software development using RDBMS/4GL environment. Development of client server based system is an advantage. Functional Area: IT, Industry Preferred: Telecommunication.

Competencies:

• Thorough understanding of UNIX/ NT Operating systems.
• Proficient in using software such as RDBMS, 4GL, Orocle, JAVA, J2EE
• Analytical Skills with requirement management and design skills, specification preparation.
• Knowledge & experience on Rational tools.

Competencies:

• Sun Certified developer for Java or Web component developer for J2EE is Preferred

• At least 3 years in JAVA programming

Competencies:
As Technical Writer with experience in producing online manuals using html or complementary technologies. Business Process Flow Knowledge. Ability to write lucidly for technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong IT skills with Experience with Oracle Products is preferred. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in the Telecom domain is preferred.

To produce technical guides and manuals, such as user guides, On-line Help and FAQs, to prepare user guides/manuals, user tutorials, and administrator guides, administrator tutorials., etc. To write professional and well structured and useable documentation.

Security Administrator (Ref. No. JRE1771)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Field of Study: Computer Science/ Eng. Electronics/Eng. Computers or related disciplines is preferred. Experience: 5-6 years, Functional Area: IT, Industry Preferred: Telecommunication.

Competencies:
Conducts regular system security audit to determine security breaches in the LAN. Participates in the planning and implementation of IT security measures. Demonstrates expertise in utilizing IT Security Audit techniques specific to LAN. Coordinates effectively with other IT sections and, as required, with vendors for the effective implementation of security measures throughout the whole business unit.

• 5-6 years in IT security in a competitive telecom environment. Competencies:
• Good knowledge of IT security measures and tools.
• Demonstrates knowledge of LAN architecture and development in a telecom environment.
• Displays the ability to plan, implement and monitor the overall performance and security of the LAN.

Hardware Engineer (Ref. No. JRE1780)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Field of Study: Computer Science/ Eng. Electronics/Eng. Computers or equivalent Experience: 6-8 years. Functional Area: IT, Industry Preferred: Telecommunication.

Competencies:
Experience in operations and system administration of UNIX or Windows NT operating systems, including installation and commissioning of computer systems with:

• In-depth knowledge of Computer hardware architecture (PCs to mainframes)

Experience in managing IT installations. Shall be responsible, for managing a team of IT professionals to satisfy the daily needs of a group of users. This group shall act as the first line of support for applications, hardware and network. The incumbent should have good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality. Experience in Microsoft (MCSE certification), ITIL familiarization shall be a plus. Experience in the Telecom domain is preferred.

Senior Database Specialist (Ref. No. JRE1789)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Field of Study: Computer Science/ Eng. Electronics/Eng. Computers or equivalent Experience: 8-10 years in Database Administration. Functional Area: IT, Industry Preferred: Telecommunication.

Competencies:

• Strong and commanding knowledge in Oracle Database Administration
• Good command of Relational database technology and UNIX.
• Extensive experience in Oracle Application server and/or BEA Weblogic administration
• Extensive experience in Oracle RAC and Data Guard
