Business Analyst
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding, conceptualizing and guiding the team in realization of business requirements.
- Provides solutions for development of new and enhanced products
- Takes ownership for product quality and features. Analyzes application designs, creates test standards and procedures.
- Consistently upgrades the awareness of industry standards, best practices and compliance requirements that must be incorporated into the product.
- Provides knowledge to the field support team on the products developed/released, by knowledge sharing and good documentation.
- Adheres to organizational development and release processes through out the product development life cycle.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Ability to share the knowledge and mentor people to grow

Education: Graduate with MBA in HR
Experience: 6-10 yrs. Specific Skills:
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience as functional ERP consultant and 4-5 years of domain experience. 2 full cycle HR implementations of any of the ERP HR module is a must
- Domain experience in Payroll Administration and Management, end to end business process work flows of various HR functions like compensation management, training and development, performance management and recruitment processes is a must.
- As part of the implementation experience, must have worked on following modules:
- Organization Management (including Enterprise Management, Position Management & Control)
- Core HR (Personal Administration (PA), T&L (Training and Learning Modules), Time & Labor, Pensions Performance Management)
- Payroll (At least 3 payroll modules US, European Payroll and India Payroll, Benefits Admin.)
- Self-service Modules (Manager desktop, ESS etc.)
- Reporting (ex: ABAP reporting skills)
- Work flow management, authorization matrix management skills are a must
- Additional parameters: ERP Implementation experience on AS400 platforms would be an added advantage.
- Candidates who have worked as super users in HR department on any ERP HR Module would also be considered based on experience and depth of knowledge levels.

Experience: Above 6 years Specific Skills:
- Functional
- Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing (Discrete, Process, Hybrid, Automotive etc.) domain
- Exposure to or in-depth knowledge of Process Industry (Food & Beverages, Chemicals, Pharma etc.)
- Implementation experience in any of the process ERP Applications
- APICS certification would be an added advantage.
- Technical
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Prior exposure to any web-based applications

Experience: 5-8 years Specific Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of related functional knowledge/experience in the core functional area of Accounting and Financial Management.
- Atleast one implementation experience in BPCS/ JDE or any iSeries based ERP
- Preference will be given to candidates with BPCS CEA/CEF specific knowledge
- Must have worked on iSeries/As/400 platform Programming knowledge on RPG, CL preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years industry experience in Warehouse operations
- Awareness of Warehouse Management best practices and labor standards.

- Involvement in WMS application Implementation is an added advantage.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage.
Software Engineer
General Responsibilities:
- To solve problems that requires the application of engineering knowledge and experience, for realization of technical specification
- Possess the ability to code, test and document all software modifications or extensions
- Possess debugging skills and ability to reproduce and diagnose problems found
- Responsible for high quality of deliverables
- Awareness and adherence to Software Processes and quality consciousness is essential
- Strong analytical skills are a must.

Education: Engineering graduate in Computer Science or Electronics/MCA. with total aggregate marks of 70% and above through out the academic career
Experience: 2-4 years Specific Skills:
- Working experience in RPG - knowledge of ILE concepts; Subfile processing; DB2/400; Embedded SQL; CL/400
- Working experience in Utilities like Query/ 400, SDA, RLU; Concepts of subsystems, interactive jobs, batch jobs etc.
- Working in or Knowledge of any ERP/ Business Software, Support/ Development Combination scenario, iSeries V5R0 and above for at least 6 months.

- Knowledge of Struts Framework
- Preferred experience in: Tomcat Web Server, JBOSS, IBM WebSphere Application Server, Eclipse, SOAP
- Preferred understanding/ experience in UML
