Assistant Clinical Operations Manager (ACOM)
As Assistant Clinical Operations Manager you will work closely with the Director of PPD India and take responsibility for the recruitment, management, mentoring and training of your own team of Clinical Operations employees, ensuring they deliver their operational goals. You will have previous line management and training experience, and an excellent clinical research background with up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Clinical Team Managers
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical deliverables on Asian or Global projects, involving extensive international liaison. You will have a minimum of two years' experience in a Lead CRA/ Co-ordination role on International Clinical Research Projects.
Senior Clinical Research Associate/ Clinical Research Associate.
You will set up and monitor clinical trials conducted in India as a part of an international project team. With a Life Sciences degree or Nursing qualification and at least one year's experience of Phase II to IV trails, you will have in depth knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP requirements. Senior CRAs will have a minimum of three years' experience, including start up, monitoring and close out visits. As a Senior CRA you will have the opportunity to mentor more junior CRAs and may be asked to take on project co-ordination activities as a lead CRA.
Administrative Assistant
You will be responsible for the set up, maintenance and system support of global clinical research projects in our proprietary clinical trial management system including data entry, review and quality control. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be computer literate with experience of working with database software and have atleast one year's general administration experience. You will have reception duties, and be the primary contact for facilities issues for India, and liaison with Facilities Management, UK.
All applicants will require a working knowledge of the background and application of GCP and basic business computer skills (MS Word, Excel, e-mail, etc.)
A good command of spoken and written English is necessary.
