Manager-Container Planning
(2 Positions to be based in Capetown & Panama)

The desired candidate should be a master mariner with hands on experience of 3-4 years in scheduling of ports, navigation and stowage planning. He should be able to provide technical support for cargo control, dangerous cargo, COD to trade &marketing section, etc. Candidate should have an exposure in coordinating with bunkering process. In addition to the above, he shall be able to monitor the performance of various terminals, local agent and each vessel with an ability to provide the technical viewpoint to the Master. Besides the above, the candidate should be able to work on the developmental issues such as revising service pattern, setting up & introduction of new services. Good communication, problem solving & analytical skills and willing to travel across the globe will be minimum required competencies for this position. Having back office experience and an MBA degree would be an added advantage.
