Project Management

1. Project Manager OSS/BSS: Location: Gurgaon
   7-12 years experience with Project, Client & Team Management in the Telecom domain. Required to fill the lead position in Project Delivery Management of multiple large sized Telecom Projects in the range of 2 million to 40 million USD being delivered nationally and internationally. Will be responsible to provide leadership role in delivery and execution of projects in the domain of Telecom OSS/BSS, VAS etc. projects to be delivered from multinational partners like IBM, Openware, TCS etc. as well as Company's own developed solutions to Domestic & International Telecom Service Providers. Must be capable of handling multiple vendor based Telecom System Integration projects.

2. Project Manager GSM/CDMA: Location: South Africa
   8-12 years experience with Wireless Network Deployment and Project Management. Expertise in wireless telecom products, technologies and services such as PHA, GSM, CDMA etc. Will be required to do periodical project progress review with the customer and provide post deployment operations support and handover the network to customer. Periodical project review with the team, weekly job assignment, project cost and time control. Knowledge of Microsoft based office and project application software, documentation and commercial & legal issues relating to equipment clearing, network interface, site acquisition, installation etc. Candidates who are proficient in French should only apply.

3. GSM - Project Management/ GSM Tools Expert/ Network Specialist/ Network Engineer : Location: Indonesia
   3-8 years experience with GSM Network Operation & Maintenance and Project Management. Coordination and Management between Start-up Launch activities. Will be required to develop detailed tools concept, selection of tools, vendor engagement, quotation analysis, KPI analysis and SLA. Assessment of risk profiles and mitigation strategies. Exposure of development and definition of operations (NOC front and back office) and tools analysis is prerequisite.

4. Field Integration Engineer: Location International
   3-5 years experience with Field Engineering. Should have experience with RF technologies (WCDMA, GSM etc.), Unix based datacom or telecom products and IP networking. Strong understanding of networking protocols. Cisco/ Juniper/ Alpine network certifications are desirable.

5. RF Engineer: Location: International
   3-5 years experience with RF domain. Hands on experience with Planet EV and/or EDX RF planning tool and WCDMA systems deployment and optimization. Will be responsible for broadband wireless access network design, optimization and performance evaluation. Work closely with customers and system integrators during design and implementation of broadband wireless solution. Basic knowledge of Linux operating system.

6. Project Manger - Value Added Services : Location: Gurgaon
   3-5 years experience in Solution Engineering of VAS data Products and Services and will mange all the Data Products and Services from technical perspective. Responsible for operation and maintenance of VAS nodes and services. Implementation of new schemes/ tariff for VAS as per customer requirement. Coordination with Technical & Marketing teams for VAS service enhancements. Ensure the required uptime and service levels for VAS nodes/ services by effective O&M for the nodes. Coordination with internal customers for smooth operation of VAS nodes. Report generation from VAS system as per customer requirement.

7. Project Leader Billing : Location: Gurgaon
   5-8 years experience in Telecom Billing, CDR Reconciliation and Mediation. Must have system implementation experience with one or more billing systems. Should have worked on Databases with varied OS platforms like Windows NT/ 2000/ 9x, Unix, RedHat, Linux & Sun Solaris. Knowledge on Wireless/ Wireline, Roaming, Interconnect, Prepaid (IN) & VAS. Project Management skills are also desirable.

8. Data Migration Specialist: Location: Gurgaon
   4-6 years experience in managing Data Migration. Must have experience with logical data analysis, physical data analysis. Experience with data management using databases PL/SQL, Oracle etc. Will be required to carry out the migration of based legacy data to populate new cluster services and complement the implementation of solution. Assist in the migration & development of migration product documentation associated with migration strategy, liaise with the test team to ensure the accuracy of data tables & files. Provide input to migration strategy, processes & specifications.

Sales & Marketing

1. Telecom Sales

   1. Indian Subcontinent: Location: New Delhi, Mumbai
      5-9 years experience with a reputed Telecom company in Telecom Sales domain. Will be required to work on new business opportunities that come up with government operators like BSNL, MTNL, TCIL, ITI, Railways etc. Experience of handling government operators and government tenders, successful record of generating sales from these accounts, bid management is essential.

   2. International: Location : Africa & Middle East
      5-9 years experience with a reputed Telecom company in Telecom Sales domain in International Market. Should have worked on Telecom technologies especially VAS/VSAT/IP/WAB/Switching/Transmission. Exposure to VAS (VMS, Conferencing etc.) & IP technologies and trends is preferable.
      Experience of handling tenders & bid management.

2. Enterprise Sales

   1. Services Sales (AMC/FMC): Location: New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bangalore
      2-7 years experience in sales of PCs/High end Servers/ System Integration/ Networking/ AMC/FMS. Candidates having experience of selling both Hardware & Services will be preferred.

   2. Solutions Sales: Location: Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bangalore, New Delhi, Chandigarh, Hyderabad/ Secunderabad, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Chennai and Guwahati.
      3-15 years experience in sales of Enterprise Solutions to Corporate & Government clients. Experience in IT Solution sales is pre-requisite. The candidate should have exposure to Account Management and Relationship Management. Knowledge of Sun products.

3. National Relationship Manager: Location: Gurgaon
   7-10 years experience with IT solutions or system integration arenas. We are looking for a candidate who has maintained relationship with OEMs and Principals (IBM, Acer, HP, Cisco etc) Should have extensive experience in dealing with above mentioned OEMs products. At least 3 years managerial experience in a sales/ presales position. Must have handled large bids/tenders.

4. Marketing: Location: Gurgaon
   3-5 years experience in Telecom/ IT industry. Develop and manage corporate communication at ORG, delivering key messages to stakeholders of ORG. Would be working along with sales/pre-sales team in developing marketing plan, PR activities, collaterals and exhibitions. Candidate is expected to have skills in corporate brand building activities for technology companies.

5. Presales

   1. VAS: Location: Gurgaon
      3-8 years experience with Wireless Telecom Networks, IN platform, SS7, Telecom OSS/BSS and VAS solutions and be able to craft a cost effective System Integration Solution from multiple vendors. Should have an understanding of various SS7 and media platforms.

   2. Networks & Security: Location: Gurgaon
      3-8 years experience with IT Security Assessments and IT Network Audits. Must have CCIE or CCNP Certifications and relevant CISCO Security Certification.

   3. Storage & Servers: Location: Gurgaon
      3-8 years experience with storage and Server Solutions. Familiarity with Sun Servers & Sun products is preferred. Should be able to architect storage, data recovery and back up solutions and applications support infrastructure solutions for an Enterprise. Must be technically certified and familiar with servers and storage solutions and products of vendors like IBM, EMC etc.

   4. Billing: Location: Gurgaon
      2-8 experience with Telecom Billing Implementation. Excellent knowledge of Billing domain is pre requisite. Should be from the background of Oracle, C/C++, Candidates having BSS/OSS, IN/VAS knowledge will be preferred. Will be required to make proposals presentations etc.

   For Position No.5 (a, b, c & d) candidate should have worked in a Solution Architect' s role in current assignment and also have some amount of customer facing experience in previous engagements. Will be required to work closely with sales team in the appropriate vertical of Telecom or Enterprise. Capable of scoping, anticipating the cost impact and translating the service or solution benefits to customers and writing solutions for customers as well as negotiating well along with the sales team. Required to interface with the project execution teams and should be aware of competitive products and solutions.

Telecom Software

1. Technical Lead: Location: Gurgaon
   4-7 years experience. Will be required to design and lead a team in development of Telecom Systems. Should have understanding of Telecom Protocols. Development expertise with SIP/SIMPLE, SS7, Java. Experience with 3GPP solutions design.

2. Software Engineer: Location: Gurgaon
   2-4 years experience in Telecom Software Development. Knowledge of Telecom Protocols: SIP/ SIMPLE, SS7 and development experience with Java.

3. Testing Lead/ Testing Engineer: Location: Gurgaon, International
   2-6 years experience with Software Testing in Telecom domain. Experience in writing test plans and test cases and executing the same. Candidates who have exposure to automated testing tools will be preferred.

Operations

1. GM-HR: Location: Gurgaon
   10-15 years experience. Will be in charge of Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Performance Management, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare, Formulation & Implementing Policies & Procedures, Grievance Resolution and Counseling. Have to manage talent through upgradation/ promotion and infusion of people and lead the development of people strategy within the overall context of business. Develop, monitor and continuously upgrade all HR policies and procedures at par with the industry best practices, thereby facilitating the development, growth and high quality of work life. Identification of Training needs and facilitate development programs for individuals, thereby helping to fulfill achievement of business goals as well as individual needs of employees.

2. Technical Recruiter: Location Gurgaon
   3-5 years experience in Technical Recruitment. Should be competent in all aspects of the Recruitment Process. A heavy emphasis will be in placing contract IT talent. The ideal candidate must be well versed insourcing right talent, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers. We are looking for A+ player with a track record of placing technology consultants.

3. Manager Purchase : Location: Gurgaon
   7-10 years experience in Purchase and Logistics. Technically sound and thorough in the area of purchasing. Formulate long term and short term strategic purchase planning. Performance assessment of vendors. Should possess exceptional liaison and communication skills. Familiar with quality assurance procedures. Excellent negotiation skills with strong leadership qualities. Experience of dealing with IBM/ HP/ Acer/ Cisco will be preferred. Should be from System Integration/ IT Solution/ Telecom background only.

4. Business Analyst: Location: Gurgaon
   3-5 years experience in Telecom/ IT industry. Provides management with financial decision support and analysis, portfolio management, market model analysis, business planning and financial reporting, planning and analysis. Extensive knowledge of MIS.
