• Excellent written and communication skills

Managers

• 8-10 years of relevant software development / testing experience with 4 or more years in managing engineers
• Build a high performance team from scratch
• Must know how to plan, manage, schedule and ship "enterprise class" software products

Software Engineering (MGR_SW)

• Experience of working in a distributed software development environment is a must.
• Excellent understanding of software development process and software life-cycle

Quality Engineering (MGR_QE)

• Experience with automation and automation tool sets
• A good understanding of web based applications

Software Engineering - Development

Software Engineers (at all levels) (SE-RM)

• 1-7 years of software development experience
• Analyzing, coding & debugging of software on multiple operating systems
• Willingness to learn EMC Array technologies
• C/C++ (Java and C# skills is a plus),
• Knowledge of Clustering & Porting work experience in a plus
• Analyze and fix customer defects
• Work effectively in a fast paced multifunctional-team setting

  Windows

  • Strong technical understanding of Microsoft applications and technologies such as Exchange, MSSQL and VSS
  • Proficient in Windows Internals with a good understanding of Object Oriented Design methodologies

  Unix

  • Strong understanding of Solaris and Linux internals
  • Good shell scripting knowledge

Software Engineer - Server Technologies (SE_ST)

• 3-5 years of software development experience
• One year of experience with Java is a definite plus
• Experience in C/C++ coding & debugging of large commercial software systems on Unix & Windows O/S. Knowledge of Windows & Unix internals including debugging tools and exposure to shell programming
• Will be involved in development and support of Service Packs for the content server product, evaluating patch requests, diagnosing bugs, and fixing root causes

Software Engineering - Quality

• 1-7 years as a QA professionals resting enterprise web-based applications, enterprise software product quality assurance & delivery experience.
• Development of test plans & scenarios for existing products
• Creating and maintaining test data associated with system functionality, execution of test plans, tracking and formal reporting of test results.

Software Quality Engineer (SQE_DC)

• Internet application testing, multi-tiered ASP systems
• Experience in Content Management Domain
• Experience using Silk Test or other automated tools & Microsoft Exchange is a plus
• Knowledge of enterprise software architectures and components, applications servers such as BEA Web logic / Websphere, Tomcat, Windows 2003 or UNIX servers - Linux (Red HAT), SQL (Oracle, SQL Server), HTML, XML
• Ability to set up and administer web sites, proxy/reverse proxy servers, and database servers.
• Ability to troubleshoot causes of software defects, skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as FileMon, RegMon, and Achilles to help isolate problems

Staff Software Quality Engineer (StQE_DC)

• Along with all the above technical skills of a Software Quality Engineer, should be able to lead a team of 4/5 engineers

Senior Software Quality Engineer - Server or DFC QA (SSE_SVRDFC)

• Test development and execution of server technology products across several operating systems, RDBMS and Application Servers, major and service pack releases, executing automated test suites, analyzing results, logging, tracking and verifying bugs.
• Maintaining existing test suites, developing new test specifications and automated test cases
• Investigate defects and perform root cause analysis
• Knowledge of development, test & release processes, and testing & certifying software products
• Proficiency in Java, C++ & multiple operating systems including Windows, Solaris, SIX, and Linux
• Knowledge of Web Services and Services Oriented Architectures, XML technology and application server is desirable
• Development experience with J2EE technologies

Principal Technical Writer (PTW_SP)

• MA/BA or equivalent in technical writing or any other technical discipline
• At least 6 years of experience writing for a technical audience that include application developers or system administrators
• Develop and revise all product specific documentation, development guides, administration guides, end user documentation, Installation guides, and release notes
• Follow the technical publications group standards and procedures
• Learn about products through product use, interviewing developers and reading engineering specifications
• Estimate and maintain documentation schedules
• Lead the growth of our offshore technical publications team
• Experience in using FrameMaker is a must
• Technical aptitude/background in J2EE, Web Services, Java, JSP, XML
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming, client / server architecture/application servers, and portal servers
• Familiarity with content management, document management, and / or workflow technologies
• Familiarity with enterprise applications like Sieble, Lotus Notes, PeopleSoft a plus
• Experience with single-sourcing, XML authoring, Arbortext, XSL, XSLT, DTDs and schemas a plus.
