Design Engineers

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with min. 5 years experience.
• Design & Detailing of Pressure vessels, Column & Heat Exchangers including Stress analysis
• Detailing of fabrication drawings including BOQ.
• Conversant with latest ASME Sec.VIII Div. 1 & 2, BS, TEMA, API 650 & 620, WRC107/297, Wind/Seismic Code, Materials, welding & NDT requirements.

Welding Engineers

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Heavy Pressure Vessel & Heat Exchanger manufacturing company.

• Having practical knowledge in the development of welding procedures for CS, SS and Alloy Steels as per ASME.
• Should be conversant with all the NDT and inspection procedures of pressure vessels.

Material Planning Engineers

• Conversant with ASTM, BS & JIS Material code.
• To prepare requisition for Material's & Sub-contracting.
• Update the systems as per Material Receipt.

Electrical Maintenance Engineers

• B.E./ Diploma Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Three years experience in a fabrication Industry.
• Experience in the Preventive/ Breakdown Maintenance of OH Cranes, Welding m/c and Heavy equipment.
• Knowledge in CNC machines.

HSE Officers

• Degree/ Diploma in Safety Engineering
• Knowledgeable in ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Standards.
• Min. 5 years experience in implementing Environment. Health & Safety requirements in shop & sites.

Welders

• At least High School
• Vocational or Technical Diploma will be an advantage
• With minimum five (5) years experience in a Pressure Vessel Industry.
• Qualified to ASME Section IX/ AWS D1.1 in SMAW/ FCAW/ SAW/ TIG

Fabricators

• At least High School; Vocation or Technical Diploma/ Certification will be an advantage
• With minimum five (5) years experience in a Pressure Vessel Industry
• Must have the ability to do layout, fit up and assembly of barrels, heads, nozzles and other components for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
• Must be able to understand and interpret pressure vessels shop drawings, production orders and produce a quality finished products as per the ASME Codes and Standards.

Structural Steel Division

Production Superintendent

• Bachelor in Mechanical or Civil Engineering; Master's Degree in Engineering
• Working knowledge in MS-Office is essential; exposure to Oracle based systems (ERP) is a plus
• 10 to 15 years of which at least 5 years in a similar capacity in a Fabrication Shop, preferably a Structural Steel Factory with relevant fabrication & welding experience.
• Should be very good at reading engineering drawings
• Excellent communication skills and Leadership capabilities.
• Exposure to AWS standards and SSPC/ ARAMCO standards is very essential
• Project appraisal skills and close monitoring & Control of projects
• Exposure to ISO Quality Assurance System

Production Engineers

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with Five years min. experience in a Pressure vessel Industry.
• Responsible of all Preparation, Fabrication and Welding activities in a Production Shop on a 2 shift basis
• Ability to plan, organize, monitor and control is also required.

Blasting/ Painting Engineers

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.,
• with relevant experience in Surface Preparation & Finishing Technology
• 10 years of which atleast 5 years in a similar capacity in a Blasting & Painting Shop, preferably a Structural Steel factory
• Should possess a good practical knowledge and hands on experience in surface preparation & coating methodology

Shipping Engineers

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Diploma in shipping management
