Physician: Clinical Decision Support Information Director
Job Description: This physician will direct a team of collaborate with American physicians and pharmacists as they collectively create decision support information that is delivered to North American Physicians "at the point of thought" as they use Purkinje's Electronic Medical Record to take care of patients. The decision support information needed includes disease monographs with focus on diagnostic and therapeutic alternatives, patient educational materials, synthesis of telephone triage protocols, decision rules that will enable context-specific alerts in the EMR, patient data entry for an internet web portal and work on pharmacy and disease databases.
Job Requirements:
Clinical Experience: Licensed to practice Medicine Must have recent primary care focused experience-internal Medicine or Family Practice experience preferred. Current or previous medical faculty appointment is a plus. Having published in the medical literature is a plus Directs team to create content of value to practicing clinician Understands need for fiscally responsible care Understanding of Computerized Clinical Decision Support-preferable that individual has worked in development of CCDS.
Management Abilities: Recruit and train physicians and pharmacists Plant and organize projects Delegate and supervise Ability to moderate clinical discussions of content Ability to translate clinical to day operation Develop and manage budget of department History of prior leadership experience.

Pharmacists: Clinical Decision Support Information Specialists
Job Description: Will work closely with the physician-director and American physicians and pharmacists to review, evaluate and summarize the medical literature, develop decision support content which may include disease monographs, decision rules, patient handouts or drug databases.
Job Requirements
Clinical Experience: M.Pharm or Ph.D. degree with pharmacotherapeutic orientation Must have recent experience in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Drug Information Current or previous pharmacy school faculty appointment is a plus Having published in the medical literature is a plus Understands need for fiscally responsible care Understanding of Computerized Clinical Decision Support-preferable that individuals has worked in development of CCDS.

Job Description: Will work closely with physicians and pharmacists (described above) to develop patient educational materials, telephone triage protocols, patient entry of symptoms and information on our web portal.
Job Requirements
Clinical Experience: B.Sc. or high degree Patient education experience required Must have recent experience in primary care medicine Current or previous nursing school faculty appointment is a plus. Basic typing and computer skills required Excellent written ("American English") skills.
