Manager - Finance & Accounts (Ref: MGRFA 01-05) Location: Powai, Mumbai
Qualifications: CA/AICWA / MBA (Finance). Basic Engineering qualification, preferred.
Experience: 8 to 12 years.

Will be responsible for maintenance of computerized (on BaaN 4C4 ERP) accounts of an EOU. Will also handle excise/customs and other regulatory requirements for the EOU including all returns. Job also involves MIS for the EOU operations.

Manager - Finance & Accounts (Ref: MGRFA 02-05) Location: Hazira, Surat
Qualifications: CA/AICWA / MBA (Finance). Basic Engineering qualification, preferred.
Experience: 8 to 12 years.

Will supervise all areas covering financial accounting and statutory audit, accounting and payment to suppliers, issuance & monitoring bank guarantees, cash flow monitoring, employee related payments including payroll, fixed assets accounting, handling of all bank and cash operations, invoicing and debtors accounting, direct tax related matters, dealing with internal audit requirements, ensuring statutory compliance and internal control requirements, etc.

Executive - Finance & Accounts (Ref: EXEFA -05) Location: Powai, Mumbai
Qualifications: CA/AICWA / MBA (Finance). Basic Engineering qualification, preferred.
Experience: 2 to 5 years.

Job involves MIS - administration & reporting of Performance Management Systems for the Division, co-ordination and compilation of financial budgets, cash-flow forecasting and reporting.

Manager - BaaN Implementation & Support (Ref: MGRBAAN -05) Location: Powai, Mumbai
Qualifications: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA
Experience: 8 to 12 years.

Job involves receiving user requests for trouble shooting and enhancements, evaluating the best course of action for addressing those requests, creating functional specifications for enhancements where required and getting the solution executed through I.T. Department. Job also involves testing and implementation of additional functionality / customizations and providing user training / refresher training as required. Job includes evaluating training as required. Job includes evaluating need for version upgrades, establishing customization standards, migration plans and executing migration with the help of I.T. department.

Executive - BaaN Finance (Ref: EXEBAAN - 05) Location: Powai (Mumbai) / Hazira (Surat)
Qualifications: CA/AICWA / MBA (Finance) OR B. Com / BCA / MCA with substantial experience.
Experience: 3 to 5 years.

Should have hands-on experience of BaaN Finance module implementation. Knowledge of BaaN Finance module implementation. Knowledge of integration setup with other modules, essential. Exposure to distribution module will be an advantage. Should have undertaken at least one full cycle implementation. Should have knowledge of India localization experience.

Industrial Engineering (Ref: INDENG - 05) Location: Powai, Mumbai
Qualifications: Graduate Engineer, Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research.
Experience: 6 to 12 years.

Successful candidate will develop, implement and maintain systems and procedures, conduct work measurement studies and suggest improvements, develop and maintain computer programs along with IT, act as a central co-ordinating agency for various outside agencies, study existing work practices and suggest improvements through various improvement initiatives.
