(Position 1 To Position 6)

Position 1: Project Leaders (Intelligent Networks) Code: SBU 041 01
5 to 8 years of experience in mobile telecom networks preferably out of which 2 years in (GSM, GPRs, UMTS, and CDMA..) with good knowledge of software architecture and platforms (OOPs, C++, Java, Unix, IP, Java, XML, WAP, SQL..). Intelligent Networks and Services CCS7 (INAP, ISUP, CAMEL) is required. At least 1-2 years of experience in the domain of Intelligent Networks as a Technical Project Leader involving interfacing with the clients for technical issues is desirable. Candidate must have exposure of managing small project teams. Good communication skills and adaptability to work in multi-cultural environment as part of international teams would be an added advantage.

Position 2: Operations & Support Engineers Code: SBU 041 02
2 to 5 years of experience in Unix ( system administration), CCS7(INAP, ISUP), Oracle 8i/SQL Server, Basic knowledge on Telecom Networks/Intelligent Networks and Services is required. Good knowledge of local networks ( TCP/IP) & Protocols (SMPP, SNMP, HTTP) Signalisation#7, TCAP, and INAP is desirable. Experience in client support for Intelligent Network platforms, JAVA, CORBA. Windows ( system administration), PERL, CAMEL, MAP would be an added advantage.

Position 3: IN Developers Code: SBU 041 03
1 to 5 years of experience with knowledge of Basic Call Processing and Digital Switching fundamentals, Intelligent Network & Services, CCS7(INAP, ISUP, CAMEL), INCS1/INCS2, C++, OOPs, Java, Unix user level experience and shell programming, Experience in protocol (WIN, MAP, SMPP, IS41, GTP, Radius), CORBA, Oracle/SQL, PERL, TCP/IP is desirable. Please note, candidates with more than 3 years of experience. It is essential to have 1 years experience in Telecom and IN domain.

Position 4: NGN Developers Code: SBU 022 01
2 to 5 years of experience in C++, Unix, SIP, MEGACO, MGCP, VOIP, XML, Softswith Concepts, Oracle, Clear Case is essential. Candidates with knowledge on NGN, Call processing Softswitch architecture, Socket Programming (TCP/IP), Multithreading would be an added advantage.

Positions 5: Java J2EE Developers Code: SBU 023 01
3 to 6 years of experience in JAVA, , J2EE, EJB2.0/EJB 1.2 (JMS, JMX, JTA, JCA, EJB, Web Services), XML is essential. Knowledge/Experience on API, threading, networking, RMI, Swing as well as Java tools, mapping frameworks/tools, e.g. Hibernate, ANT, Xdoclet would be and added advantage.

The applicant should be familiar with object Oriented software design methodologies, MS Windows and Sun Solaris as development and test environment. Knowledge of Clear Case, BEA Web Logic server, JBoss and JUnit will be an asset.

Positions 6: NGN Test Project Leaders Code: SBU 023 02
Upto 6 years of experience SIP/H. 323/MGCP/MEGACO, TCP/IP, Scripting languaes, Unix, ClearCase. The candidate should have atleast 5 years of experience in managing telecom testing team. The candidates with experience in creating Test Cases based on Product specifications, VolP & NGN exposure, Planning and tracking of Testing activities, RDBMS knowledge would have an added advantage.

(Position 7 to Position 12)

Position 7: QA Engineers Code: SBU 051 01
3 to 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance responsible for testing Genesys Voice Web Application Platform, Genesys Voice Portal and related products. Design, implement, maintain and execute test plans for the Genesys voice Web Application Platform and Genesys Voice Portal. This requires coding in XML and visual Basic for test case setup and execution, and for creation of regression suites. The test plans will include feature testing, back end testing, and load testing. Experience with scripting languages like ASP, JSP, VB. Analyze and evaluate test results for the above systems. Test multi-platform (Unix and Windows) solutions, Telephony including TDM (including ISDN, T1, and E1) and VolP (including SIP, RTP, and H323) would be an added advantage.

Positions 8 : Development Engineers Code: SBU 051 02
3 to 6 years of experience in C++ (3+ years working experience). Strong knowledge of VolP protocols such as SIP, H. 323 and RTP and emerging IETF standards in VolP area (at least 1 complete development project). The candidate must also possess working experience on Multi-threading working, OOD as well as Solaris or Windows development experience. The candidate possessing the knowledge of SS7 protocols and development experience and telephony T1/E1 will be desirable.

Position 9: Development Engineers Code: SBU 011 01
2 to 4 years of experience in C/C++, CMIP/CMISE, Unix, SNMP, defect tracking tool as well as software configuration management tool is essential.

Position 10: Test Engineers Code: SBU 011 02
2 to 4 years of experience in test automation, writing test cases from requirement and specifications as well as knowledge of system verification testing is a must. The candidate possessing the knowledge of testing of NMS systems as well as on SNMP and CMIP/CMISE protocol would have an added advantage.

Position 11: Test Lead Code: SBU 011 03
4 to 6 years of experience in writing test cases from requirement and specifications. Test automation experience as well as knowledge of system Verification Testing, NMS systems, SNMP and CMIP/CMISE protocol would be an added advantage.

Position 12: Project Managers Code: SBU 011 04
7 to 10 years of industry experience with minimum of 4 years in managing large software project teams. The candidate should have experience in Project initiation, planning, execution, tracking and control, team management, requirement and risk management. Knowledge of the DSL, NMS applications Network Management Applications, Access products etc. would be desirable. The candidate should be from telecom industry with an awareness of CMM L4/L5 processes with hands on experience in using tracking tools, such as MS- Project.

For all the positions (Gurgaon & Chennai), a person should have the relevant telecom experience with an excellent understanding of telecom fundamentals.
