Responsibility: To solve complex problems which require the application of broad engineering knowledge and experience. To realize the technical design. Responsibility:
- Responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining the design and quality standards in the Human Resources product domain.
- To provide the architectural and "big picture" for the development of new or enhanced products
- Analyz application design issues, creates test standards and procedures.
- Maintains documentation of application products and test results to ensure adherence and compliance to existing functionality and recommend corrective action.
- Work with various product developers, product managers and customer application experts to create software products containing required features and modifications.
Education: Graduate with MBA in HR
Experience: 6 to 10 yrs. The person should have
- At least 4-5 years experience as a functional ERP consultant profile & 4-5 years of domain experience.
At least 2 full-cycle HR implementation of any ERP HR module is a must. - Domain experience in Payroll administration & Management end to end business process work flows of various HR functions like compensation management, training & development, performance management and recruitment processes is a must.
- During the implementation experience, should have worked on the following modules:
- Organization management (including enterprise Management, Position management & control)
- Core HR (Personal administration (PA), T & L (Training and learning module), Time & Labor, Pensions, Performance Management)
- Payroll (At least 3 payroll modules US, European Payroll & India Payroll, Benefits Admin)
- Self-service modules (Manager desktop, ESS etc.)
- Reporting (ex: ABAP reporting skills)
- Work flow management authorization matrix management skills are a must.
- Additional parameters: ERP implementation experience on AS400 platforms would be an added advantage.
- Candidates who have worked as super users in HR department on any ERP HR Module would also be considered based on the experience & depth of knowledge.
