Hardware Design and Development (HDD)
We require Dynamic individuals, with the ability and desire to build cutting-edge equipment for India's Space and Defence programs.

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in ECE/ EEE/ E&I.

Skill Sets: Knowledge of Digital & Analog circuits, Microprocessors and Programmable logics.

Experience: Both analog & digital and mixed signal circuit design, RF circuit design and DSP besides knowledge of PCI, cPCI, VME, VXI and IP bus architectures.

Manager-Hardware Design (Positions-4)

Skill Sets: Hardware Requirement Analysis, Data Sheets review, Resource Allocation and Planning, Design Review, Project Tracking & Execution and Mentoring design engineers.

Should have 10+ years of relevant experience. Excellent people management and project management skills required to head a team of 25 and more engineers.

Project Lead - Hardware Design (Positions-10)

Skill Sets: Hardware Requirement Analysis, Data Sheets preparation, Resource Allocation and Planning, Design Review, Project Tracking and Execution.

Should have 5+ years of relevant experience and people management skills to lead a team of 5 to 10 engineers.

Senior Engineer - Hardware Design (Positions-10)

Skill Sets: Knowledge in Digital & Analog circuit design and Programmable logics.

Hardware Design Engineer (Positions-25)

Hardware Design Engineer - Trainee (Positions-25)

Candidates who have passed out in 2004 & 2005 with a minimum of 70% aggregate, and sound knowledge in basics of Electronics (Analog & Digital)

PCB Design Engineer (Positions-5)

Skill Sets: Knowledge in layout design of multiplayer, PCBs, exposure to an EDA Tool, basics of electronics (Analog & Digital). Knowledge in simulation of high speed signals preferred.

Project Engineer (Positions-5)

Skill Sets: Knowledge in Hardware & Software fundamentals.

Should have 3+ years of experience in Effort & Resource Estimation, Scheduling & Budgeting, Project Planning and Execution. Knowledge of MS (projects) is a must.

Software Development Group (SDG)
We are looking for people with the fire to develop programs that will be part of India's progress in the aerospace and military realms.

Qualification: BE (CSE)/ M.Sc. (Computer Science)/ MCA/ B.Tech (IT).

Skill Sets: Knowledge in C, C++, VC++, Assembly, Data Structures, PCI, cPCI, VME, VXI & bus architecture.

Experience: Device Driver Development in Windows, Linux, RT Linux, Vx Works, QNX, OS Porting & Embedded Development.

Manager - Software (Positions-4)

Skill Sets: System study, Requirement analysis, Software design, Preparation of ATP, Review in all stages of SDLC.

Experience: Electronic circuits and QAC processes, testing of boards ad systems.

Senor Engineer (QAC) (Positions-2)

Skill Sets: QAC planning, inspection & monitoring of testing. Knowledge in Environmental testing is a must.

Should have 5+ years of relevant experience.

Engineer - Hardware Testing (Positions-4)

Skill Sets: Knowledge in basics of Analog & Digital circuits, board/ system testing.

Should have 1+ years of experience in board systems testing.

Engineer - Software Testing (Positions-4)

Skill Sets: Knowledge in C, C++ and code walk through.

Should have 1+ years of experience in embedded software testing.

Application Engineer - Marketing (Positions-10)

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in ECE/ EEE/ E&I with MBA (Marketing)

Skill Sets: Knowledge in basics of electronics (Analog & Digital), customer interaction, understanding system requirements, supplying solutions, preparing technical proposals and product definition for design and creating datasheets.

Experience: 2-6 years in marketing of embedded products. Experience in interacting with defence establishments will be preferred.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills are mandatory for all positions.
