Manager -Internal Audit (Job Code: M-IA)
The ideal candidate should be a CA with 7/8 years of experience in renowned audit firm or internal audit experience in a manufacturing company, handling assignments independently. The position reports through top Management to the Audit Committee comprising of Board Members. He will be responsible for scrutinizing financial/ non-financial related activities of the Company in different locations/ countries. He will be responsible for company wide audit of various factional areas with Risk Based approach. Grasp of ISO, Corporate Governance, IFRS & last auditing techniques is essential. He should be a versatile individual, self starter with a systematic investigative approach and excellent interpersonal skills. Preferred age: Around 28-33 years.
Audit Assistant (Job Code: AA)
Accounts graduate with around 5 years experience in audit department of manufacturing industry of reputed audit firm. He must have hands on exposure to MS Office/ ERP package. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Preferred age: Around 27 years
Assistant Manager-Finance (Job Code: AM-F)
C.A. and or ICWA with 5 years experience in a manufacturing industry. Major responsibilities include funds management, monitoring of receivables. Liaison with banks, compliance with regulatory bodies, taxation, preparation of MIS, monitoring of budget, analysis of sales, production & inventory and finalization of accounts. Positive attitude and desire to innovate and automate the existing procedures are keys for selection. Preferred age: Around 32 years.
Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance (Job Code: AM-QA)
He must be an Electrical engineering graduate with minimum 15 years experience in testing of polymeric insulated cables. He must have hands on exposure to HV/EHV cable splicing, termination techniques, testing, processing & QA practices in compliance to ISO 9000 Quality System. Well conversant with various international specifications related to LV/MV/HV/EHV electric cables. He must be confident in handing new generation testing instruments/ equipment and ability to guide a young qualified technical team. Preferred age: Around 38-40 years.
Assistant Manager -Production Planning (Job Code: AM-PP)
A Mechanical /Electrical engineer with 12-15 years experience of production planning, preferably in a cable industry. He should have hands on experience in machine scheduling, capacity planning, raw material planning and ability o handle planning of multi-location production plants and achieve challenging targets. Exposure to ERP based environment is essential. Basic knowledge of programming in Excel, Oracle will be an added advantage. Preferred age: Around 35-38 yrs.
ERP Consultant (Job Code: ERP)
He must be an engineering graduate, with minimum experience of two in-depth implementations of production & planing modules of a complex manufacturing industry, (preferably cable industry) as a Lead Consultant. Must be able to understand, re-engineer, streamline and document its processes, prepare functional specifications and SRS, and co-ordinate with end users, management and developers/ solution providers to get the required solution developed, implemented, documented and tested. Experience in Oracle is essential; experience in SAP/BAAN will be an added advantage. Growth path is transition to regular IT Department position. Preferred age: Around 30 years.
Industrial Engineer (Job Code: IE)
The candidate must be a Mechanical /Production Engineering graduate with post-gradate qualifications in industrial engineering form a highly reputed institute. He must have a high degree of analytical skills with minimum 7 years of related experience in an engineering industry. Through exposure in Work Measurement/ Method Study/ O&M/individual performance based incentive Scheme is essential. Experience in cable industry will have distinct advantage preferred age Around 30 years.
Production Engineers (Job Code: PE)
He must be a graduate engineer with minimum 4 years experience or an engineering diploma holder with minimum 8 years experience as a shift Production Engineer in a cable manufacturing company of reputed. He must have through hands on experience of modern cable machinery like Wire Drawing, Stranding, Extrusion, Drum Twisters etc. Candidates wit proven leadership abilities only apply. Preferred age: Around 28-30 years.
AutoCAD - Mechanical Draftsman (Job Code: AMD)
The candidate must be an engineering diploma holder with 4 years experience as AutoCAD draftsman or an ITI with 7 years experience in AutoCAD. Though working knowledge in AutoCAD 2000&2004 version is essential. He should be capable to read, create and analyse machine parts/ assembly drawings, machine foundations, factory/ machine layouts etc. preferred age Around 24 years.
