• Experience in leading & managing large offshore projects

• Experience in large Telecom OSS and CMMi desirable

Java Architects/ Developers/ Leads (2-9 yrs)

• Excellent Core Java/ J2EE Design or Development skills
• Knowledge of any Enterprise Service Bus Technologies or Web Service is desirable.

Project Managers (6-9 yrs)

• Expertise in J2EE/ .NET platform
• Significant exposure to various facets of s/w product design and development.
• Strong architectural design skills
• Keen sense of leadership and team spirit
• Experience in large Telecom OSS and CMMi desirable

QA Engineers/ Leads (2-9 yrs)

• Exposure to white-box testing methodologies
• Exposure to web technologies and programming practices
