We are looking for Managers/Project Leaders/Team Members for software and hardware related activities and Business Development Executives. The company invites applications for the following positions:

1. IT Managers (Code: ITM)
   Should have total of 10-14 years of experience, with 2-4 years experience in executing large software projects, project costing, estimation and metrics, contract management and customer relationship management. Exposure to CMM/ISO will be an added advantage.

2. Project Leaders (Code: PL):
   Should have 5-8 years of experience will strong software development skills and lead a team of designers and developers in OOAD/Rational tools/C/C++/VC/.Net/Java/RDBMS.

3. Team Members (Code: TM):
   Should have 2-5 years of experience in software development on C/C++/VC++/VB/.Net/Java/RDBMS.

4. Business Development Executives (Code: BD):
   Should have 4-10 years of experience in SCADA/Plant automation field and be able to understand the Tender requirement, scope of work, prepare the bid and provide pre-sales support. He should have fair knowledge in preparation of presentation, cost estimation etc. MBAs will have an additional advantage.

5. Hardware Designers/Architects (Code: HWD):
   Should have an experience of 2+ years fro designers and 6+ years for architects. Exposure to cold fire/ARM/MIPS processors, cPCI/PC 104/Ethernet High speed design board, signal integrity (SI), hands-on with cadence, Mentor platforms.

   Applications include Motion Control, Automation, Telecom, Automotive etc. Experience in CE, UL, IEC, SAE, Telecom hardware related standards and certification. Strong Analog/Digital Interfacing, low power, EMI/RFI techniques. Exposure to CPLD/FPGA architecture and designs. Strong process driven development experience desired. FMEA, reliability analysis, hardware description languages (HDLs) C- desirable.

6. UI Specialists (Code: UI):
   Candidates should have skills in user interface design for large systems, UI layout design and graphics design, using client server technology. Capability to advise key usability issues. Experience in product development groups is desirable. We also require candidates with experience in Ul development with Qt, Linux, C++ skills.

7. Windows Specialists (Code: WIN):
   Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in C++, especially with Visual C++ 6 and Windows programming with STL. Experience with maintenance or reverse engineering of large C/C++ projects with Activex, especially with the ActiveX Template Library is must.

Qualifications For all Positions:
First class B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation / Digital Systems/ Microelectronics, Power Electronics.

Or

MCA/M.Sc (Mathematics/Physics/Computer Science) except for Hardware Designers.

Desirable:

1. Experience in development using COM/DCOM will have a additional advantage.

2. Experience in Real Time Systems/SCADA/Signal processing will be preferred.
