General Manager - Human Resources
(Chennai)

• Responsible for the HR and Training functions
• Focus areas would be recruitment, training & skills development and employee retention
• Management of large outsourced workforce is a key requirement.

Profile:

• MBA from IIM/XLRI/Other leading institutes with specialization in HR
• 10-15 years of experience
• IR exposure for at least 3-4 years
• OD experience and knowledge of Tamil are added advantage.

Manager - IT
(Chennai)

• overall IT Head for the business
• Change agent responsible for definition and implementation of IT - related business processes in collaboration with top management
• Responsible for IT support for all business divisions.

Profile:

• BE/ME/M.Tech and MBA with minimum 6-8 years experience in IT
• Experience in production and CMM processes will be an added advantage
• Work exposure with SAP/BAAN preferred
• Should have experience of leading and implementing an end to -end ERP project.

National Field Engineering Manager

• Responsible for management of inventory costs, logistics cost control, order fulfillment and machine and spares logistics

Profile:

• Engineer/MBA with 8-10 years supply chain experience, preferably in FMCG/food industry
• Track record of having successfully developed effective systems and processes in Supply Chain
• Experience in proven ERP plafform strongly preferred.

Product Manager
