Prescribed Applications forms, available from the vidyalaya office on cash payment of Rs. 20/- forms may also be obtained by sending a Crossed Indian Postal Order of Rs. 20/- in the name of ‘The Principal’ along with a self addressed stamped envelope. (Size 10 Cms. X 23 Cms.)

Part Time Teachers may apply on plain paper.
