Director (Operations) (1): This is a very senior position and the selected person will be responsible for overall operations in the company. You should be an MBA with an engineering background and an experience of 6-10 years in managing IT or BPO related operations. You should be fluent in written and spoken English. You may be required to travel frequently to US.

Database Administrator (1): You should be MCA/BE in Computer Science with at least 3 years experience as MySQL DBA. You will be responsible for MySQL database replication, optimizing MySQL database performance etc.

Project Managers -Programming (2): You should be MCA/BE Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years of experience of Software development with at least 2 years in a project management role. You will be responsible for overall supervision of project, managing quality and deadlines.

PHP Programmes (5), MS. Net Programmers (2): You should be BE/MCA with at least 3 years of programming experience with the last 2 years of experience in Web development using PHP/MySQL or MSP.NET.

QA Persons (3): You should be graduate with 2-3 years of experience in understanding of Software development and QA methodologies, including QA tools for Product testing, Regression testing etc.

Technical Writers (2): Should have at least 2 years of experience in writing technical documents like case studies, SRS, data dictionary, DFD diagram, test plans, program specs, user manuals, installation manuals, operations and maintenance manuals, and online help. He should be Graduate in Computer Technology with knowledge of programming and craze for writing.

Proofreaders/ Editors (5): You sill be required to do editing, proofreading, rewriting etc. Candidates should be Graduate/Post Graduates in English with 5-10 years of editing experience preferably with legal background. Should possess expertise/skills in English Language such as grammar, sentence formation etc. Knowledge of American English is highly desirable.

Computer Operators (20): you should be Graduate preferably with legal background. Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with Internet is necessary.
